For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

What does being on the cusp mean? Sometimes I'm shown as a Gemini, sometimes Cancer. Although I think I lean more towards Gemini. I was born June 21, 1961 at 1 AM.

According to your chart you are born under the sign Gemini if the time of birth is accurate set at 1 AM, however, if you were born at 10:31 AM or after on the 21st you are a Cancer by Sun Sign. Don't put too much onus on being one sign or the other. It is the entire package that makes you who you are and helps determine your direction. The time of birth is however very important as a chart changes every four minutes and for someone like me to be accurate I need specific data.
Your natal Mercury (the planet that deals with the way you think and communicate) is in the sign Cancer so that is why you are leaning toward that sign. Your chart also indicates that you have a very strong Leo and Virgo influence with a little Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius and Taurus thrown into the mix to make you the person you are.
For the record - if born before 10:31 AM you can call yourself a Gemini if after a Cancer.

There's really not as much of a "problem" as there are questions. I have been dating my boyfriend for four and a half months. This is the second time we have dated; we dated for six months about two years ago. Our relationship before was not a great one, but I have always had a place for him in my heart. We went two years without seeing each other once. We haven't left each others side since we ran into each other at a restaurant four and a half months ago. This "go around" is nothing like last time. We have a wonderful relationship. We intend on getting married some time next year. I wanted to know if you are able to tell me if you see this relationship succeeding. I believe that it will, but I wanted to know if you could let me know how you see this turning out. The comparison is good and I think you have a terrific chance at making this one work as long as you keep your communication open and honest. You have been in a high cycle regarding love, romance and having someone good from your past come back into your life since August of last year so your timing is right. I'm a 21-year old gay male living in New Mexico. I have been addicted to substances (alcohol, etc.) since I was a teenager. I can't shake them and can't seem to imagine a life without them. They are getting in the way of possible love interests because if I had a partner, they would need to be patient with the substances. As it is, I cling to phone sex and pornography to continue the escapism. I'm not complaining about my life. I've learned to live with it. But is there something in my chart that would explain my problem? That's all I need to know right now. If you could be so kind as to maybe help me explore this, I would be eternally grateful. I was born July 14, 1980, at 4 AM.
