For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

What does being on the cusp mean? Sometimes I'm shown as a Gemini, sometimes Cancer. Although I think I lean more towards Gemini. I was born June 21, 1961 at 1 AM.

According to your chart you are born under the sign Gemini if the time of birth is accurate set at 1 AM, however, if you were born at 10:31 AM or after on the 21st you are a Cancer by Sun Sign. Don't put too much onus on being one sign or the other. It is the entire package that makes you who you are and helps determine your direction. The time of birth is however very important as a chart changes every four minutes and for someone like me to be accurate I need specific data.
Your natal Mercury (the planet that deals with the way you think and communicate) is in the sign Cancer so that is why you are leaning toward that sign. Your chart also indicates that you have a very strong Leo and Virgo influence with a little Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius and Taurus thrown into the mix to make you the person you are.
For the record - if born before 10:31 AM you can call yourself a Gemini if after a Cancer.

I have been struggling with a conflict for a few days now, and I'd like to know what the stars have to say about it; I have to write my medical school admissions test soon, and my husband is very much against me doing it. I have been working for four years towards this goal, and now I am at this roadblock. My husband's birthday is Oct. 21, 1979. I don't know his time of birth; mine is July 19, 1979, at 3:00 AM. You have to follow your heart. You are in a high cycle where educational pursuits are concerned and if you don't proceed you will end up blaming your husband later on. If he isn't secure enough within himself, you and your relationship you must question what you are doing with him. He should be supportive, positive and willing to help you through. Instead he is trying to stand in your way and hold you back. You will do well in the medical field and must not pass up an opportunity to satisfy your professional dreams. Your husband's chart indicates that he can be possessive and I would imagine that regardless of the reasons he is giving you for not pursuing your educational goals he is more afraid that you will outgrow him. Don't be one of those people who looks back and says "what if" or "should have, would have, could have". Just do it.

I am born on 3 March 1973 at 9:35pm. My husband is born on 10 January 1968 at 5.52pm. We are both residing in the same city. However, he travels extensively.

I did not feel that your astrological comparison was very good. It shows signs of sorrow as well as of abuse. I believe that if you sit back and think about the way you are being treated that you will discover that you would probably be better off on your own. Your chart indicates that if you are to make a move you should be doing so over the course of the next four months. Talk to your family and let them know what you are going through and ask them for help. You have the rest of your life ahead of you and if you act now you can find happiness during the last quarter of next year with someone who will appreciate you much more.
