My life has totally turned upside down the last 4-5 years; I hope that I am finally on the right course. I just landed a new job (was unemployed) for a while. A man that I thought cared about me totally up and left me (6/29/50) and I have kicked an alcohol addiction. I found out that nobody except one person was there for me. Am I on the right course now? I don't think I could handle any more setbacks; they have been too much for me? Why did Mr. Cancer leave? How does career/job prospects look for the future? Your advice would be most appreciated. Well yes indeed you have been going through a two and a half year downer due to transiting Saturn that is coming to an end mid summer. The past several months with Jupiter squaring your Sun sign as well it hasn't helped you out. Although things will be getting better as the year progresses it will still take a while to turn things around.

Your social and romantic life will pick up but I believe it will be closer to the fall of next year before you really settle into a good relationship. You match up to those born under the signs Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio and Capricorn.

Money should start coming to you a little easier throughout the summer months however it is apparent that it will be through an investment, winnings, rebate, settlement, insurance surrender or inheritance.

Regarding work, doors will begin to open during the second half of the year but I feel there is a learning curve that must take place in order for you to get a better position. Don't rule out taking a course that will help you jump into a different field or a better position in the one you are already in. Educational pursuits are strong right now and I believe that if you get into something immediately it won't be long before you will be in a much better situation professionally. Consider an apprenticeship as well.

First of all thank you for this beautiful site, I'm an astrology lover and for this reason I would like to get your opinion on my birth chart: I know I'm quite flamboyant and rough at times but I'm also a good ballet teacher full of sensitivity: I read that a person has no choice in life and no chances when the sun is in the 12th house and Saturn in the seventh: Is this also your opinion and can you tell me something more about me to help me understand myself a little better than I do?

There is so much more to consider. In your birth chart you do have your natal Sun and Mercury in the twelfth house but both are well aspected to your natal Jupiter in Gemini and your natal Mars in Libra. Mars being in your third house also relates to teaching. Your Saturn being in the seventh can make it difficult to find a suitable relationship or partnership however in your case your natal Neptune is in Scorpio favorably aspected to your natal Saturn. This can be highly creative. Your chart shows great potential with your natal Jupiter being in your tenth house (limelight house). You do have your natal Venus in Virgo poorly positioned to your natal Jupiter in your tenth and this can result in not having the physical attributes needed to do what you want. You could however be a great choreographer if you decided to move in that direction. Most of all you have to realize that although these planetary placements can cause some obstacles it does not mean that you have no chance to achieve your goals throughout life.
