I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

My life has totally turned upside down the last 4-5 years; I hope that I am finally on the right course. I just landed a new job (was unemployed) for a while. A man that I thought cared about me totally up and left me (6/29/50) and I have kicked an alcohol addiction. I found out that nobody except one person was there for me. Am I on the right course now? I don't think I could handle any more setbacks; they have been too much for me? Why did Mr. Cancer leave? How does career/job prospects look for the future? Your advice would be most appreciated. I have been in a depression for the last several years since my mother died. I find that I am coming out of it now, and the world seems to be new to me. Between now and March of next year you should focus on making changes in your home. You will find that from April on next year it will be much easier to make personal changes including picking up new skills, educational pursuits, traveling and self-improvement in general. Regarding your career you will be in a much better position to make changes beginning in July of next year until the spring of 2002. Opportunities for relationships both business and emotional are already starting to open up and will continue to do so throughout next year. This period will also bring people from your past back into your life so if there is anyone that you would like to reconnect with this would be the time to instigate a reunion.

I quit my job last November to start a new business. But I have had such difficult times since last that time. Because the business I planned has almost failed and now I don't earn any money.
So I consider finding a new job due to shortage of cash. But I really don't want to get a job. I want to operate my business.

You should have included the date that you registered or incorporated your business. Often the company chart can tell me how well it will do. In your case however being the only owner I can base some information on your chart alone. It is apparent to me that your earning potential will start to gain ground by the end of the summer however that doesn't necessarily mean that it will be due to your own business picking up. Most of the time when you begin a new venture as you have it is necessary to work a regular job simultaneously in order to make ends meet. When I first started my own business I worked during the day for seven years with a company that had absolutely nothing to do with the business that I am in now. It gave me the opportunity to pay my bills and build my business on solid ground. In your case you may find that your business will pick up during the second half of this year and throughout next year however, I believe that you will have to do one of two things. Take on a partner who will put money into your business or get a second job that will help pay the bills while you build your business. Should you consider a partner, look for someone who was born under the sign Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces.
