For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

My life has totally turned upside down the last 4-5 years; I hope that I am finally on the right course. I just landed a new job (was unemployed) for a while. A man that I thought cared about me totally up and left me (6/29/50) and I have kicked an alcohol addiction. I found out that nobody except one person was there for me. Am I on the right course now? I don't think I could handle any more setbacks; they have been too much for me? Why did Mr. Cancer leave? How does career/job prospects look for the future? Your advice would be most appreciated. You have been through a rough time for someone who has as much Libra in her chart as you do. Although you are probably overreacting a little this year I do believe that you can but the past behind you. Job prospects continue to look good so if you are looking to advance or to change from one position to another or upgrade to help you move up the professional ladder now is the perfect time to do so. Focus on your work and you will tabularize your life even more. Regarding love you are in a high cycle right now girl so get out and do things you enjoy or answer personal adds in your local financial newspaper or consider joining a dating service and you will meet Mr. Right. Mr. Cancer on the other hand was not the right man for you. The comparison was bad and I believe that this connection was a hindrance to you not an opportunity. This is the second time I write to you. Your reply is very important to me. Please take some time to help me. You may save one life and I'll be very grateful.
I feel bad every day. My eyes have some problems. The doctor said that I had to take medicine for the rest of my life or I will become blind one day. I am really afraid that that day would come. I don't want to be fed by my parents for my whole life but I don't have any skills for living. I am still studying in school. I always thought that if I were blind, the things I learn from school would be meaningless to me. In order not to make my parents worry, I always pretend that I am all right. In fact, deep in my heart, I am sad and even thought of committing suicide. I know my parents only love their son and do not really care for me. Since I was a child, I have felt lonely and keep all the tears to myself.
Recently, I have been interested in a newly emerged religion, which gives me the courage to face my future. But this religion is not widely accepted, at least, my parents object to it. I also wonder whether it is cheating people or not. I didn't have any good friends in the past and don't even have a friend now. I don't know what to do. I sometimes think that there is no difference whether I am here or not. No one cares about me. I don't want to carry on my life like that. I want some changes or breakthrough. I do see some chronic health problems in your chart however it is apparent that poor diagnosis may also be present and if this is the case I urge you to get a second opinion. I believe that at this particular time you should be careful regarding your religious choices as it is evident that the group that you are dealing with does have some underhanded business or hidden agenda going on. If you believe in the concept that this group is preaching and you feel that it is benefiting you that's great however don't be too quick to give financially. A good religious group will only ask its members to donate what they can rightfully afford. Although your chart does indicate that you are emotionally starved it is not the case that your parents don't love you. I believe that you have difficulty showing your emotions and that you tend to keep a great deal to yourself. If you don't share your feelings and thoughts with your parents you can't expect them to read your mind. It's time to open up and let them know how you feel. I believe that you'll be glad that you did.

I met a very special person (February 4, 1969) 4 years ago after having met her at work. Once we talked, we realized we had a lot in common between us and it was amazing how closely the pattern of each of our lives seemed so much alike from our childhood to the present. We knew from the beginning that we could be very good for each other and therefore, we became very close friends almost instantly as though we had known each other all of our lives. I discovered that I could open up to her, like no other person in my life, and tell some of my most intimate feelings and hidden fears that I had carried inside all of my life as she did with me. Ironically, I have always seemed to have the problem of letting myself get too close to people even though I have many friends, they are not intimate friends. As we became closer throughout the 4 years, I have felt myself becoming very scared of getting too close, being hurt and even left behind, without reason, so I in turn distanced myself from her more and more without an explanation. She became less interested in our friendship and it began to unravel for both of us due to the stress of it all. Since December of last year, we have not spoken at all and it has really been a very devastating experience for me. It has changed me as a person in so many ways. I wish very much that I could rekindle our friendship that I miss dearly, but I don't know what would be the right words to say or if we would be better to put this behind and both move on with our lives apart. I believe that friendship is the operative word here. The comparison showed nothing more than that. It also revealed that there certainly is some mistrust, disillusionment or possible deception as well. Now that could have to do with the fact that you didn't even give her an explanation when you backed away. I fell that you have two choices and they are to move on and prepare to meet someone else who matches up to you much better physically and mentally or phone her up, be honest about your feelings and ask to resume the friendship. When I say friendship I mean just that. I believe that anything more would lead to trouble. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If she isn't interested at least you'll know and can move on. You tend to match up to those born under the signs Aries, Cancer, Libra and Aquarius (she is not a very strong Aquarius). It is apparent that you do much better with people who are much older or much younger than yourself. You will be in a high cycle regarding love next year so don't waste too much of your time trying to turn what you have with your Aquarian friend into anything more than a friendship at this point.
