Dear Eugenia,

I'm a Pisces born on an Arian cusp on March 19, 1987 at 10:30pm. I'm facing several issues but they all tie in with one main thing, that being my life as a whole. I'm only eighteen years old but I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I exude no confidence, I lack friends because I'm incapable of trusting people to the fullest extent, I can't keep a job because none of them interest me whatsoever, I can't even manage to repeat my final year in school because I find it difficult to even get up in the morning. I don't know what's going on anymore, I never used to be like this, I had so many friends in the past, and even enjoyed high school at one point but I fail to find happiness in anything I do that doesn't require me being at home, alone, doing solitary things. My past lover and I broke up around five months ago, I thought my feelings for him were going away but lately my feelings for him have come back somewhat. He's a Capricorn born on January 14, 1988, I'm unsure of his birth time. As far as I can tell his interests are directed upon another female, who lives in a different state. Unfortunately I'm unsure of her birth date. A few nights ago I dreamt he died, and it scared me beyond belief. I woke up crying and even went as far as checking the obituaries in the morning. I still have some feeling that there may be a chance for us but I'm unsure. My dreams have been scaring me in general as well. I dream bizarre, disturbing things that make no sense and consequently awake me in the middle of the night feeling uneasy. I don't know if I'm dreaming these things because of my current outlook and feelings in life or not, but either way I just don't know what to expect or look forward to from life anymore. I crave to be happy, to be happy with someone, namely my ex, but I don't know what would happen in that situation. Is there any explanation for this ongoing distress or is it all just in my head?

You have been and are still going through some emotional deception that appears to be playing with your subconscious mind. This is due to transiting Neptune however it is all in the way you handle this transit as to how it manifests itself. In your case you are letting it take over result being bad dreams, lack of confidence, looking back instead of forward and so forth. It also has played havoc where educational pursuits are concerned making you confused as to what you want to do with your life in the future. You don't have a bad chart but you are letting a difficult transit take over and this has to stop. This transit can also be highly creative if put to proper use. Your chart indicates that you should be focusing on your future and that you should be socializing not hiding at home. Your Capricorn ex didn't match up to your chart very well and I have my doubts as to whether that relationship was really any good for you. It could be the reason you have lost your confidence and are feeling so depressed and reclusive. You are in a high cycle until the fall of this year regarding love and romance however this very same transit can also bring a past partner back into your life. I strongly suggest that you look for someone new instead of wasting your time trying to reunite with your Goat. You should be trying to finish your high school if possible between now and the fall by taking night courses or whatever it takes to get the credits you need. Article: A Class Struggle

Dear Eugenia,

Two years ago I had a serious car accident & fell into a deep depression. I met someone very special at the end of this difficult year, and he helped and supported me. This loving relationship I had never experienced before, & slowly we grew closer, & I got stronger, both physically & mentally. The problem is my family. They do not approve of my relationship, & have fought me every step of the way. I still live with my parents, & we have always been close, but they are very controlling & demanding of who I choose to marry. Rather than seeing the positive influences he has brought to my life, & trying to get to know him, they refuse to see or even speak his name, for the simple reason that he is younger (3 years), & does not share my educational or financial background. To me, these things do not matter. He has so many special qualities, & has ambition to succeed, that I don't doubt my future with him, but my family ridicules & puts him down and threatens me with disowning me, painting an ugly picture of my future struggle & a miserable life! I can't take the pressure and stress, & until I move out, how do I deal with their threats, & guilt that I am letting them down? I was born Feb.23/69, at 1:00 AM and he was born Aug.13/72. He has stuck by me through everything, I can't think of leaving him, but must I choose between him and my family? Will I indeed suffer for the rest of my life if I walk away from my family to be with him? Does educational level and a person's financial status really matter most? Am I as naive as they accuse me of? Please give me your comments on my dilemma. Thank you.

You do match up to your Leo partner however the comparison also denotes that deception and disillusionment are prevalent when dealing with friends and family. Your family is only looking out for your best interest and possibly your parents feel that you and your Leo partner were not up front regarding your intentions. I think that you may want to approach the situation from the stand point that if your Leo partner is indeed that dedicated to you he should be willing to sign a prenuptial agreement that will not give him any rights to your family's estate. This should put your family at ease and should allow you the freedom to proceed with your plans. Although you did not include your parents birth data I can see in your chart that at an emotional level you have probably always been manipulated to some degree by your parents. I feel that they have probably done this out of love and that should you make the decision to follow your heart that they will eventually accept the situation. This is not an ideal answer however because it is important that your family likes and approves of your partner if you wish to have favorable interaction with them in the future.

Dear Eugenia

I have separated from my husband after 14 years of marriage and I have been seeing another man for 15 months now. My ex was very jealous and controlling and his selfishness killed all the love I had for him. He was born on November 5 1955.

My present lover was a longtime acquaintance and we got together as my marriage was ending. He was born on September 26 1966.

I have always had a strong attraction to this man from the first time I saw him and my ex could see it somehow and it caused a lot of frictions in our marriage. Nothing ever happened between the other man and me until I became desperately unhappy and sought him in the last months of my marriage. He brought back laughter and joy into my life and I feel happy in his company. He is divorced and has a teenage daughter. Firstly, kudos to you for having the strength and courage to move on and getting away from a controlling and unloving marriage and for thinking of your children first.

The comparison with your ex showed signs of both mental and physical abuse that you and your children shouldn't be subjected to.
