Well yes indeed you have been going through a two and a half year downer due to transiting Saturn that is coming to an end mid summer. The past several months with Jupiter squaring your Sun sign as well it hasn't helped you out. Although things will be getting better as the year progresses it will still take a while to turn things around.
Your social and romantic life will pick up but I believe it will be closer to the fall of next year before you really settle into a good relationship. You match up to those born under the signs Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio and Capricorn.
Money should start coming to you a little easier throughout the summer months however it is apparent that it will be through an investment, winnings, rebate, settlement, insurance surrender or inheritance.
Regarding work, doors will begin to open during the second half of the year but I feel there is a learning curve that must take place in order for you to get a better position. Don't rule out taking a course that will help you jump into a different field or a better position in the one you are already in. Educational pursuits are strong right now and I believe that if you get into something immediately it won't be long before you will be in a much better situation professionally. Consider an apprenticeship as well.

Where do I begin, I'm 28 yrs old and have been looking for love. I've been out of a relationship for almost 2 yrs in which I was engaged to be married. This almost tore me apart but somehow I SURVIVED. I still have good and bad days but I think everything happens for a reason which takes me to my next point. I met a gentleman (born: February 21,1971) almost a year ago in which I was very attracted to and we became friends although I long for so much more however I know that his career is his first priority and anything else is on the back burner. I think that coming out of a very long and serious relationship I lack the confidence that I need in order to speak up and express what I feel as I fear rejection and this is what I tend to do with him.
I know that I want more than to be friends, is this something that you see in my future? b/c I don't have the nerve to ask him straight out and I want to know what direction my love life is going if anywhere. I was born July 4, 1975 at 6:45 pm.

The comparison with your Pisces friend is okay but he does think like an Aquarius which means that he can be a little detached when it comes to emotional matters. You are a Libra by Sun Sign but that is where the Libra ends. You have three planets, Mercury, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo, both Venus and Mars in Leo, your Moon and Jupiter in Taurus, Saturn in Aquarius and Neptune in Scorpio. We are all made up of various planets in different signs so don?t put so many onuses on your Sun Sign. In your case your Libra Sun falls in an area that deals with your home environment and that means that you will deal with issues that have to do with home and family using the characteristics of that sign. But when it comes to the way you think and communicate Virgo rules. Regarding how you deal with money and how you can earn a living Leo is the sign that counts.
