This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Article: From Aquarius

Hello Eugenia!

I'm a female Aquarian with a Sagittarius moon and Pisces ascendant. I'm wondering what to do with my life. I quit work last December because, while I was good at what I was doing, I wasn't happy. I'm wondering if I should push myself in a more creative direction, but money is tight. I'm actually terrified of what I think I want - my family and friends would not like it, also, I've grown accustomed to using hope as an excuse to look forward to the future: Maybe one day I'll be doing something I like and getting rewarded for it.

I think life would be much easier if we were born with little instruction books which told us our life expectancy, where to find our partners, how many children we might have - if any, what job we were designed for and a step-by-step breakdown of our destiny; maybe wanting instructions is laziness, but I'm exhausted from living. I probably think too much. I went for a reading recently and I was told that I need to take a break... but I am taking a break and it's not helping me figure anything out.

Any clues to what's eating me or where I should go, what I should do?

You aren't the only Aquarius who is confused right now but nothing so serious that a little creativity and following your dreams can't fix. We were all born with what I like to call a road map of our lives. That is what an astrological chart is. You my friend were born with a splash chart and that makes you quite capable of doing many different things. You are coming into lots of changes over the next few years especially where vocation, studying and traveling to distant lands are concerned. Your chart indicates many creative interests in which entertaining is one of them. You are the one who holds yourself back - no one else. You must be true to yourself and pursue the type of career that will make you happy. If you read my work on a regular basis you have probably heard me say many times that the prerequisite to happiness is doing the right thing at the right time for you.

You are coming into your first Saturn return next year and this is what I refer to as the maturing time in a person's life. It is very common for you to be reevaluating your life and your future direction. This is a pivotal period, a time to size up what you have done with your life up until this point and what the possibilities are for the future. This is your decision - no one else's and you have to make the alterations that will please you the most. If you want to pursue something creative the next couple of years is the time to do so. Don't look back too long or you will waste the opportunity to follow your heart. Take the plunge and give yourself a chance to find your niche. The worst case scenario is not trying to achieve your dreams and looking back in fifteen years when you go through your second half-life Saturn and you say to yourself could of, should of would of. Don't fall victim to having regrets because you didn't take the initiative - just do it - the time is right.

Article: Getting Through a Transit

Dear Eugenia,

Hello. I was born in September 2, 1984 at 11:00 am. I would like to ask about my transit in academic studies. Will I pass the certificate examination in 2001? Can you tell me something about my characteristics and love affairs? My personal relationship is very bad. I have very few friends. What should I do? I don?t have any male friend, why? The area of your chart that deals with academics is quite favorable. Not only does it show determination and desire to get ahead but also that you have a good memory. Over the course of the past three years however there has been a transit that may have stood in the way of your capabilities. This transit moved off your chart early this year and that means you should be getting back on track. You will find the next several years much better regarding both lower and higher education. Regarding your friendships, you have had similar limitations because the same area of your chart represents your peers and classmates. Where a more romantic partner is concerned you are just entering a favorable period now and it will be with you until late spring of next year. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Sagittarius and Aquarius. When relating to other people you are not necessarily cool and detached but you sometimes will treat your friends in that manner. It is more to do with your own uncertainty. If you aren?t sure of the response you are going to get from others you tend to hold back. Once you get to know someone you are more outgoing and friendly. Article: The Worst is Over

Dear Eugenia,

For the past 3 years, I have been under almost unbearable stress. During this time, my husband committed suicide and left me with astronomical debts; 6 mos. later my mother who has dementia came to live with me; I have dealt with serious problems with my children and am trying to make a go of my husband's business that was near bankrupt at the time of his death. I am almost to the BREAKING POINT! Will there be any relief from these pressures? Can I look forward to a brighter future? I was born April 23, 1947, at 5:20 PM.

You do have plenty on your plate but you also show great strength, wisdom and courage and I know you will make it through. I do believe that the absolute worst is over but there is still plenty of hard work to do. The area of your chart that deals with work and money is coming into a higher cycle over the next two years and you should be able to make headway in that regard. Also opportunities to learn, travel and to sign legal contracts will be present somewhat over the next few months however if these do not go manifest in full it will come to pass next year. Your children will continue to challenge you somewhat but they are unique and need to follow their own paths. As for your mother you will have to consider alternatives regarding institutions. There is only so much that you can do and at this point you must put yourself and your children first. You did not submit your mother or your children's birth data so I can not give you more information regarding them. I do feel however that if you are willing to work hard this year you will see results throughout 2001.
