Hello Eugenia!

I'm a female Aquarian with a Sagittarius moon and Pisces ascendant. I'm wondering what to do with my life. I quit work last December because, while I was good at what I was doing, I wasn't happy. I'm wondering if I should push myself in a more creative direction, but money is tight. I'm actually terrified of what I think I want - my family and friends would not like it, also, I've grown accustomed to using hope as an excuse to look forward to the future: Maybe one day I'll be doing something I like and getting rewarded for it.

I think life would be much easier if we were born with little instruction books which told us our life expectancy, where to find our partners, how many children we might have - if any, what job we were designed for and a step-by-step breakdown of our destiny; maybe wanting instructions is laziness, but I'm exhausted from living. I probably think too much. I went for a reading recently and I was told that I need to take a break... but I am taking a break and it's not helping me figure anything out.

Any clues to what's eating me or where I should go, what I should do?

Hello Aquarius

You aren't the only Aquarius who is confused right now but nothing so serious that a little creativity and following your dreams can't fix. We were all born with what I like to call a road map of our lives. That is what an astrological chart is. You my friend were born with a splash chart and that makes you quite capable of doing many different things. You are coming into lots of changes over the next few years especially where vocation, studying and traveling to distant lands are concerned. This is a pivotal period, a time to size up what you have done with your life up until this point and what the possibilities are for the future. This is your decision - no one else's and you have to make the alterations that will please you the most. If you want to pursue something creative the next couple of years is the time to do so. Don't look back too long or you will waste the opportunity to follow your heart. Take the plunge and give yourself a chance to find your niche. The worst case scenario is not trying to achieve your dreams and looking back in fifteen years when you go through your second half-life Saturn and you say to yourself could of, should of would of. Don't fall victim to having regrets because you didn't take the initiative - just do it - the time is right.

Article: Too Tired

Dear Eugenia,

I am an AstroEast fan. The first thing I do when I get back to my office is log on to your site. Thank you for all the advice you have given us. I have wanted to write to you for a long time. Until today, I have not had the courage to do so. I have just started to work. The place that I am working in is far from home. I originally thought that my boyfriend and I would continue to spend a good deal of time together. But a year ago, I discovered that his relationship with another girl was questionable. As far as I know, they have only met once. I know it is not his fault so I forgive him. But recently, I found that he treats me in a very cool and distant manner. He is now living overseas and won't be back for one or two years. I am worried. Will we have a good future? I have been pregnant twice. He once said that we were not suitable for each other, but I don't want to break up with him. I have tried my best to keep this relationship going. I write him, call him, but I am tired. The comparison with your Aries boyfriend was good however the distance is probably playing a role in his actions. He has transiting Uranus adversely positioned to his natal Venus and this is causing some uncertainty on his part. I feel that for now you are probably best to give one another some space to find out how you feel and what you want out of life. You are coming into a high cycle regarding love and romance from July until well into next year and you may want to experiment a little yourself. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Scorpio and Sagittarius. You should also be concentrating on getting ahead professionally especially over the course of the next year and a half. It's time to focus on yourself and what you want out of life instead of dwelling on whether he is being loyal or not. I would like to know what's in store for my son. He is in a band and has been writing music for many years. He is the lead singer and guitarist. I thought I recognized you there the night he was playing at Raxx, on April 24th. He was born Sept.8/82 at 6:56 pm. in Brampton Ont. You did see me at Raxx that April evening. We actually were there to watch your son perform. Your son?s chart does indicate that he has some talent and although he has chosen a very competitive and difficult professional direction I believe that everyone must follow there life dream especially at his age. He definitely should be working in a creative vocation and music is not a bad choice. It is important however that he is also supporting his addiction to his art so hopefully he is working as well. I usually try to get people to at least work in some capacity in the industry of choice. In his case he should be working at a music store or trying to get a position at a record company, or representing a line of musical products for one of the major companies or perhaps working for Socan, or teaching music etc. I believe that serves two purposes. One it helps to pay his bills and two it keeps him working within the industry allowing him to make contacts that will help him get ahead. Unfortunately in the industry that he has chosen it is who you know as well as how much talent you have. I think your son has a great voice and that he has to make some choices with regard to how he wants to present himself. He has been going through many changes the past year and if not working he should be considering going to college to learn more about the recording industry and technical end of the business. This will also benefit him along the way. He will be going through some transits in a couple of years that can result in recognition for his talent. How much recognition and how big the reward will be directly linked to what he does now to prepare. This may require him to change some of his associations along with aligning himself with some other people in the industry. He should be looking at career moves, education and networking with whomever he can that has a foothold in the industry. I believe that if he does so he will experience some success beginning in late 2006. Regarding your second question ?
