Hi Eugenia

I was born on the first day of Libra ? September 23, 1968 at 2:25 pm. I feel I have many characteristics of Libra, but I also feel that I have many characteristics of Virgo. Is it possible to know how much of each sign is predominant? My boyfriend, on his turn, was born on the last day of Virgo, September 22. Is it a good match as far as the stars are concerned? He seems to have commitment problems, what I do not see as typical of Virgo.

Without your boyfriends year of birth it is hard to say whether he is more Virgo or Libra. Also without having his accurate birth time he could be a Virgo or a Libra by Sun sign as well. The dates used in the newspaper are standard but certainly not exact. Some years the Sun will pass into the next constellation one day earlier or later which is something that most people don?t realize. In your case you were born at 0 degrees 44 minutes into the sign Libra and you also have the Moon, Venus and Mercury in that sign. On the other hand you have Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo so yes you are right to feel very split between the two signs. With your Saturn in Aries, your Neptune in Scorpio and Aquarius rising the predominant influence will definitely be Libra followed by Virgo with Aquarius, Aries and Scorpio trailing behind. If your boyfriend has his planets situated primarily in Virgo and Leo you will match up better than if he has them situated in Virgo and Libra. Even as it stands with him being born on the 22nd of September his natal Sun will fall in your eighth house and that is not usually the best placement for a long term relationship unless the comparison is extremely high. Dear Eugenia,

I have written before & I know you are a busy lady, but here goes - I'll try again. I have come to almost a complete stop in my life whereby I don't know what I should do. I have been successful in the past in regards to my career but now I can't get my mojo working again. Also, my partner's birthday is Jan. 18th, 1961 at midnight. I feel love but also feel that other things are going on - is this just a symptom of a change in life or are the charts not compatible? November looks relatively clear regarding any surgery that you are undergoing however over the course of the next couple of years there does appear to be more involvement with institutions such as hospitals so stay on top of your health. Regarding the relationship, the comparison was more of a love/hate connection. Physically it appears to be quite good and certainly there is chemistry but mentally and emotionally I feel that it is lacking understanding and a common denominator that should be in place. Your partner is going through emotional confusion as well as emotional deception and this could be causing some problems. With regard to your chart relationship uncertainty has been present for some time now making it difficult for you to see where it's headed. I am a great fan of yours. You seem to provide enough info about the future so people can make sense of their lives. I am one of those people. I am truly confused. The beginning Dec. 6 of 1999 I meet a young man who had responded to a personal ad I had posted. Once we got talking I had a sense that this person was my soul mate. We could write e-mails that could make a book within days. Well I decided to visit him over my spring break.
