I was born on the first day of Libra ? September 23, 1968 at 2:25 pm. I feel I have many characteristics of Libra, but I also feel that I have many characteristics of Virgo. Is it possible to know how much of each sign is predominant? My boyfriend, on his turn, was born on the last day of Virgo, September 22. Is it a good match as far as the stars are concerned? He seems to have commitment problems, what I do not see as typical of Virgo.

Without your boyfriends year of birth it is hard to say whether he is more Virgo or Libra. Also without having his accurate birth time he could be a Virgo or a Libra by Sun sign as well. The dates used in the newspaper are standard but certainly not exact. Some years the Sun will pass into the next constellation one day earlier or later which is something that most people don?t realize. In your case you were born at 0 degrees 44 minutes into the sign Libra and you also have the Moon, Venus and Mercury in that sign. On the other hand you have Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo so yes you are right to feel very split between the two signs. With your Saturn in Aries, your Neptune in Scorpio and Aquarius rising the predominant influence will definitely be Libra followed by Virgo with Aquarius, Aries and Scorpio trailing behind. If your boyfriend has his planets situated primarily in Virgo and Leo you will match up better than if he has them situated in Virgo and Libra. Even as it stands with him being born on the 22nd of September his natal Sun will fall in your eighth house and that is not usually the best placement for a long term relationship unless the comparison is extremely high. Where do I begin, I'm 28 yrs old and have been looking for love. I've been out of a relationship for almost 2 yrs in which I was engaged to be married. This almost tore me apart but somehow I SURVIVED. I still have good and bad days but I think everything happens for a reason which takes me to my next point. I met a gentleman (born: February 21,1971) almost a year ago in which I was very attracted to and we became friends although I long for so much more however I know that his career is his first priority and anything else is on the back burner. I think that coming out of a very long and serious relationship I lack the confidence that I need in order to speak up and express what I feel as I fear rejection and this is what I tend to do with him.
I know that I want more than to be friends, is this something that you see in my future? b/c I don't have the nerve to ask him straight out and I want to know what direction my love life is going if anywhere. I was born July 4, 1975 at 6:45 pm.

The comparison with your Pisces friend is okay but he does think like an Aquarius which means that he can be a little detached when it comes to emotional matters. Although you have another year of hard work ahead of you it is a great time to learn, pick up new skills, raise your earning potential until about this time next year. After that you will be in a high cycle where work, employment and higher wages are concerned. How much more you earn will be directly linked to how much knowledge you pick up this year. Regarding love you will also find it much easier during the fall of next year but that doesn't mean that you won't meet someone before that time. It just means that you are likely to become more serious at that time.
