I was born on the first day of Libra ? September 23, 1968 at 2:25 pm. I feel I have many characteristics of Libra, but I also feel that I have many characteristics of Virgo. Is it possible to know how much of each sign is predominant? My boyfriend, on his turn, was born on the last day of Virgo, September 22. Is it a good match as far as the stars are concerned? He seems to have commitment problems, what I do not see as typical of Virgo.

Without your boyfriends year of birth it is hard to say whether he is more Virgo or Libra. Also without having his accurate birth time he could be a Virgo or a Libra by Sun sign as well. The dates used in the newspaper are standard but certainly not exact. Some years the Sun will pass into the next constellation one day earlier or later which is something that most people don?t realize. In your case you were born at 0 degrees 44 minutes into the sign Libra and you also have the Moon, Venus and Mercury in that sign. On the other hand you have Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo so yes you are right to feel very split between the two signs. With your Saturn in Aries, your Neptune in Scorpio and Aquarius rising the predominant influence will definitely be Libra followed by Virgo with Aquarius, Aries and Scorpio trailing behind. If your boyfriend has his planets situated primarily in Virgo and Leo you will match up better than if he has them situated in Virgo and Libra. Even as it stands with him being born on the 22nd of September his natal Sun will fall in your eighth house and that is not usually the best placement for a long term relationship unless the comparison is extremely high. Why are Virgos so uptight and difficult to have a relationship? I noticed that on every Sun Sign Page under "in the game of love" that every sign has difficulty with Virgos. No one is exactly like his or her sun sign and we all have a little bit of each sign in our character. In your case you have just as much Libra in your chart as you do Virgo with a strong Scorpio and Sagittarius influence as well. Now I happen to think that is a very nice combination. The Virgo in your chart falls in an area that deals with society and how far you'll get. It's what we refer to as your limelight house. Virgo being the practical and fastidious sign that it is should be an asset in that area of your chart. With Scorpio rising you will have a do or die attitude at times but the Sagittarius and Libra in your chart will chill you out and give you a diplomatic manner that is hard to resist. There is no reason why you can't have a good relationship with other signs however the ones you happen to match up to the best are Aries, Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. You can't take your sun sign so literally. You will be coming into a high cycle where love and romance are concerned this fall so get out and mingle and you should meet someone who is right for you. The past two and a half years would have been difficult where love was concerned due to a Saturn transit but that will be leaving your chart in June making such encounters much easier.

You may have had these type of letters before but I really am stuck.. My heart is broken.
Approximately two years ago I fell in love with a Gemini - born on 11th June 1978 at 12pm. (I am a Cancer born on 3rd July 1979 at 6:05pm). Because I thought we were not compatible - he was too intense for me I broke it off last year. Since then he has met someone else and is now in a serious relationship with her (I don't know her statistics). Now I don't know if we were meant to be. Do Cancer and Gemini usually match. I miss him with all my heart and I always think I have made the wrong decision because I feel he is my soul mate. Is there any way you can tell? How do I re-attract a Gemini?

You do match up well to your Gemini friend however the comparison did indicate that you probably weren't all that forthright with the way you felt about one another. He may be a Gemini but he does have his natal Venus in the sign Cancer and that means that he is sensitive, clingy and yes intense when it comes to love.
