For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I was born on the first day of Libra ? September 23, 1968 at 2:25 pm. I feel I have many characteristics of Libra, but I also feel that I have many characteristics of Virgo. Is it possible to know how much of each sign is predominant? My boyfriend, on his turn, was born on the last day of Virgo, September 22. Is it a good match as far as the stars are concerned? He seems to have commitment problems, what I do not see as typical of Virgo.

Without your boyfriends year of birth it is hard to say whether he is more Virgo or Libra. Also without having his accurate birth time he could be a Virgo or a Libra by Sun sign as well. The dates used in the newspaper are standard but certainly not exact. Some years the Sun will pass into the next constellation one day earlier or later which is something that most people don?t realize. In your case you were born at 0 degrees 44 minutes into the sign Libra and you also have the Moon, Venus and Mercury in that sign. On the other hand you have Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo so yes you are right to feel very split between the two signs. With your Saturn in Aries, your Neptune in Scorpio and Aquarius rising the predominant influence will definitely be Libra followed by Virgo with Aquarius, Aries and Scorpio trailing behind. If your boyfriend has his planets situated primarily in Virgo and Leo you will match up better than if he has them situated in Virgo and Libra. Even as it stands with him being born on the 22nd of September his natal Sun will fall in your eighth house and that is not usually the best placement for a long term relationship unless the comparison is extremely high. Forget the Aquarius man juggling two women. Neither one of you matches up well to him. In both cases deception is present in your comparisons. I am a 49-year-old woman who has sworn off men for the past six years; mostly to avoid a weakness I had four bad relationships with big blue-eyed country boys. You do have an amazing comparison with your Gemini friend. I would however take it nice and slow and let him make the moves. I don't have a problem with the age difference however at some point it may cause a problem with friends, family as well as with one another. I am basing this on your charts, not on your chronological age difference. It will depend on his maturity however I do believe that he has a strong sense of who he is and what he wants out of life. The only other question that might arise will be regarding children. That could be with children that either one of you already have or the fact that he may want a child and you may not be able to reciprocate. As for now however I believe that you should let things unfold naturally and try not to get too caught up in long term for now.
