I was born on the first day of Libra ? September 23, 1968 at 2:25 pm. I feel I have many characteristics of Libra, but I also feel that I have many characteristics of Virgo. Is it possible to know how much of each sign is predominant? My boyfriend, on his turn, was born on the last day of Virgo, September 22. Is it a good match as far as the stars are concerned? He seems to have commitment problems, what I do not see as typical of Virgo.

Without your boyfriends year of birth it is hard to say whether he is more Virgo or Libra. Also without having his accurate birth time he could be a Virgo or a Libra by Sun sign as well. The dates used in the newspaper are standard but certainly not exact. Some years the Sun will pass into the next constellation one day earlier or later which is something that most people don?t realize. In your case you were born at 0 degrees 44 minutes into the sign Libra and you also have the Moon, Venus and Mercury in that sign. On the other hand you have Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo so yes you are right to feel very split between the two signs. With your Saturn in Aries, your Neptune in Scorpio and Aquarius rising the predominant influence will definitely be Libra followed by Virgo with Aquarius, Aries and Scorpio trailing behind. If your boyfriend has his planets situated primarily in Virgo and Leo you will match up better than if he has them situated in Virgo and Libra. Even as it stands with him being born on the 22nd of September his natal Sun will fall in your eighth house and that is not usually the best placement for a long term relationship unless the comparison is extremely high. About 7 years ago I fell in love with a man and got hurt very deeply. I have consulted astrologers, psychics, and have utilized every possible resource to find out what went wrong. I gave my heart to this man and I am not a person who trusts people in the first place. I am wondering how two people can be so close emotionally and yet drift apart so easily. He is 19 years older than I am but we were like soul mates. I thought about suicide many times but God and my family have helped me to get through my grief. I have never loved anyone this much in my lifetime. Will he ever get in contact with me again or was I just used by him? His birth date is 8/28/1948, mine is 8/03/1967, at 8:38 PM.

You do match up quite well to your Virgo man. You have that sign in an area of your chart that deals with relationships. You are going to be going through a period in the fall that could bring people from your past back into your life however I have a feeling that the reason that your Virgo left the last time was due to commitment problems. He was born with his natal Moon in Gemini adversely aspected to his natal Mercury in Virgo and his natal Jupiter in Sagittarius. This can cause him to be emotionally unstable when it comes to settling down. This is not something that is likely to change. He could very well be a confirmed bachelor. I believe that you need to move on. Your chart indicates that you are very sensitive, loving and loyal and that you want to be involved in a long-term commitment. During the fall of this year you will have some opportunities to meet potential partners if you get out and do things that you enjoy. You match up well to those born under the signs Virgo, Capricorn and Pisces.

What is your opinion about having Saturn in one's 7th House? I have had such bad luck with love relationships that it feels almost hopeless. Does Saturn have anything to do with it?

Having Saturn in your seventh house can bring stability, security and lasting love or it can cause the lack there of. It is usually dependent on the way the rest of your natal planets aspect your natal Saturn as well as how the transiting planets are positioned to your natal Saturn at any given time that will determine which way the pendulum will swing. On the whole your natal chart indicates that you have your natal Saturn opposite your natal Sun, Uranus and Pluto and trine your natal Mars and Neptune. This is not all that bad and certainly wouldn't cause a total lack of romantic opportunity. However, you also have your natal Moon in your seventh squaring your natal Jupiter and opposite your natal Sun, Uranus and Pluto. This to me would be the greater cause of relationships not working out for one reason or another. You are currently in a high cycle regarding relationships but if you aren't getting out and meeting new people it won't happen. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. Part of your problem as well is the build up of planets in Virgo in your first house opposite your seventh house. You tend to be careful in love and are not likely to settle for anyone that doesn't live up to your standard. You are more likely to meet potential partners while traveling, taking educational or interest courses or through friends. Stop being so hard on yourself. There is nothing wrong with waiting for the right person.
