Hi Eugenia

I was born on the first day of Libra ? September 23, 1968 at 2:25 pm. I feel I have many characteristics of Libra, but I also feel that I have many characteristics of Virgo. Is it possible to know how much of each sign is predominant? My boyfriend, on his turn, was born on the last day of Virgo, September 22. Is it a good match as far as the stars are concerned? He seems to have commitment problems, what I do not see as typical of Virgo.

Without your boyfriends year of birth it is hard to say whether he is more Virgo or Libra. Also without having his accurate birth time he could be a Virgo or a Libra by Sun sign as well. The dates used in the newspaper are standard but certainly not exact. Some years the Sun will pass into the next constellation one day earlier or later which is something that most people don?t realize. In your case you were born at 0 degrees 44 minutes into the sign Libra and you also have the Moon, Venus and Mercury in that sign. On the other hand you have Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo so yes you are right to feel very split between the two signs. With your Saturn in Aries, your Neptune in Scorpio and Aquarius rising the predominant influence will definitely be Libra followed by Virgo with Aquarius, Aries and Scorpio trailing behind. If your boyfriend has his planets situated primarily in Virgo and Leo you will match up better than if he has them situated in Virgo and Libra. Even as it stands with him being born on the 22nd of September his natal Sun will fall in your eighth house and that is not usually the best placement for a long term relationship unless the comparison is extremely high. I married my husband, and gave up my career. Before my marriage, my life was wonderful. Now, it is so boring that I don't know what to do. I was a model. The comparison with your husband was okay but there were some difficulties and sorrow that showed up where health and children are concerned. This doesn't mean that you can't have children but it will cause some difficulties getting pregnant. Consider using my new feature astro guidance to find out the best times to try to conceive. Article: Prepare a good financial plan.

Hi Eugenia,

I have a financial problem now. I desperately need to borrow money.

However, I read my outlook for the year 2001. It said that I should avoid borrowing money, but I really need to do so now. I need US $3000.

I can see your dilemma however if you are to borrow money the real problem or financial limitation will not hit you until June of next year. Therefore if you want to extend yourself financially do so but be sure to have a good financial plan that will allow you to pay back what you owe before that time. You are going through a period right now that is making you overreact so you may want to talk to a financial advisor or someone in you know and trust who can give you solid financial advice based on your situation before you make your final decision.
