For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I was in a 10 year long relationship with a man that I believe is the love of my life. Things were so easy for about the first year, after that they seemed to just be on a steady course of difficulty. I've never strayed from my dream of marriage and a family. He said he wanted all the same things and recently has changed his mind. He has done a 180 on me and we are now separated. We went through a similar thing a few years ago, but got back together after about four months apart. He was born on January 12, 1972 and I was born on June 23, 1969 at 11:00 pm. As far as signs go, I know that we are perfectly compatible. Can you tell me if I'm crazy for loving this man? Is this a temporary split while he works out whatever has him scared or is this permanent? I've been lost and confused trying to make sense of all of this... any help you can offer would be a great help in putting my mind and heart at ease.

The comparison was okay but not without some problems. Although your boyfriend was born under the sign Capricorn he does have three planets in the sign Sagittarius and this is usually an indication that even if he does decide to get married he will always be a bachelor at heart. He has his natal Venus in the sign Aquarius and this planet is going through a change of heart, confusion and as a result causing his 180-degree turn. His natal Venus is also at an adverse position to your natal Neptune and this usually causes sorrow within the relationship. In your case it shows up when it comes to changing your status in life that meaning marriage. I also believe that there could be some problems where friends and family are concerned that you may not even know about. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position regarding love, marriage and so forth towards the end of this year and through most of next. I wouldn't give him much more time to do a reversal. If he can't make up his mind by the fall let it go. As for you I believe that you should be focusing on career, getting out and meeting and making some new friends and moving on with your life. You actually match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. You should be working towards buying your first home now. Start saving your money and checking out some of the deals that builders are offering. It is apparent that between the summer of next year until the spring of 2004 you should be able to make a move in that direction but please don't wait until that time to start saving and looking. You may just find that your mortgage will be as cheap as your rent. You are in a high cycle regarding your work until mid to late August and it is important to consider making a professional move or ask for a promotion between now and then if you want to try to up your income. This is also the time to consider changing career direction if you aren't happy with your current position. Regarding marriage you have been going through a dry spell during your Saturn return and although you feel as if you should be settling down you still have plenty of time. You will be in a much better position regarding love in 2004. Now that doesn't mean that you won't meet someone before that time but that is when the relationship can become more serious in nature. You match up well to those born under the sign Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

I was born Nov. 10 1971 at 6:18pm. My husband born Nov. 1 1960 at 8 am. Our son born Oct. 26 1996 at 3:12 am. 3 Scorps under one roof! I met my husband at 17 and have been with him since. We have been married for 6 yrs. I have gone through many changes in the past few yrs. I believe my Saturn in return at this time. I am questioning my relationship and feel unfulfilled. However I have built a life with this man and we are raising our son together. I am older now and more aware of what I need in a relationship. I honestly feel if I had met my husband now, I would have not wanted to start a relationship with him. We have gone through many tough times and I do care about him. We make an excellent team at times but we disagree a lot and it ends up being a heated debate. From how we should raise our son and our personal goals. My husband has problems with chemical abuse. He quit drinking at the beginning of our relationship but never gave up smoking pot. At times I feel pulled down by him and do things I feel are no good for me. I am completely faithful to my husband but feel guilt by the strong attraction I have to other men. I have been getting crushes, and I feel uncertain regarding my marriage. My cynical scorpion side takes over and I find myself picking my husband apart. He tends to exaggerate stories and embarrasses me when we go out on occasion. By offending someone with being physically crude or saying an off color joke etc. We have built a life together and financially we would have to sell our home if we broke up. He is a good father and my son adores him. I feel like I would mess up everyone's life if I chose to end the marriage. I work with a man and there has been an instant attraction from day one. His birthday is July 10 1974. This guy has a live-in girlfriend. I feel something very intense when I am around him and it seems like it is a mutual feeling. Your comparison with your husband was lacking but workable. I never really mind same sign relationships however in your case although you were born under the sign Scorpio you have Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Neptune in Sagittarius, Uranus and Pluto in Libra, Moon in Virgo, Mars in Pisces and Saturn in Gemini with Gemini rising. Now that doesn't make for a very strong Scorpio. With transiting Saturn sitting on your natal Saturn you are going through your Saturn return and this can cause you to reevaluate your life up to this point. It is a turning point that can be depressing, insightful and hurtful. You can either make the necessary changes that will in turn make your life better or you can settle and leave things the way they are. If you are going to leave your husband I believe that it will be over the course of the next year. However, do not leave him for your Cancer attraction. This man does match up to you but the sign of sorrow is present and it isn't likely that this relationship will be lasting even if you do get it off the ground.
