It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position where professional gains are concerned beginning this time next year so don't dismay things will get better. Regarding love you should be able to meet someone next year especially if you decide to get involved in a church group or another organization that you feel does important work. I started going out with him but lately I have found that we don't have much in common to talk about. My friends suggested that we should try to work out for a longer period. I don't what to do. The comparison with your Pisces mate is actually quite favorable. In this case your friends are giving you some good advice to hang in and see where it goes. Unfortunately I feel that you probably just aren't ready to get involved right now. Consider talking to him and telling him that for now you just want to be friends. Possibly if you let your friendship grow you may find that you have more in common. I think that he is probably holding back for fear that you won't like him. Your chart indicates that he is already in a high cycle regarding love and romantic relationships and that your chart will not come into this cycle until the second half of next year. If you decide not to give this young man a chance you should keep in mind that you do match up to his sign as well as to the signs Taurus, Cancer and Virgo as well.

My life has totally turned upside down the last 4-5 years; I hope that I am finally on the right course. I just landed a new job (was unemployed) for a while. A man that I thought cared about me totally up and left me (6/29/50) and I have kicked an alcohol addiction. I found out that nobody except one person was there for me. Am I on the right course now? I don't think I could handle any more setbacks; they have been too much for me? Why did Mr. Cancer leave? How does career/job prospects look for the future? Your advice would be most appreciated.
