For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position where professional gains are concerned beginning this time next year so don't dismay things will get better. You are a Libra by Sun Sign but that is where the Libra ends. You have three planets, Mercury, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo, both Venus and Mars in Leo, your Moon and Jupiter in Taurus, Saturn in Aquarius and Neptune in Scorpio. We are all made up of various planets in different signs so don?t put so many onuses on your Sun Sign. In your case your Libra Sun falls in an area that deals with your home environment and that means that you will deal with issues that have to do with home and family using the characteristics of that sign. But when it comes to the way you think and communicate Virgo rules. Regarding how you deal with money and how you can earn a living Leo is the sign that counts. Your personality will sometimes take on the sign Gemini because that is your Rising Sign. You are emotionally stable with your Moon in Taurus and with Jupiter there as well you do know what to do when opportunity arises. To begin with you actually match up quite well to both Leo's that you have been involved with. One slight problem however and that is that the sign Leo falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead ends. In other words trying to hold on to this sign is futile. You actually match up to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Libra, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces.
