It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. I have been in a state of depression that I can't seem to get out of since my Gemini friend (16/6/78) died in a car accident on April 23rd 1999. My depression had lead me into a few problems at work and as a result I have lost my job. I am almost at the point where I could easily give it all up. However there is a nagging feeling in my mind that I know that if I apply myself just that little bit better I can get another job. Studying is another area that is looming in the near future of my life. I hate transitions like this.
