It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. Approximately two years ago I fell in love with a Gemini - born on 11th June 1978 at 12pm. (I am a Cancer born on 3rd July 1979 at 6:05pm).
