It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. The comparison with your Pisces mate is actually quite favorable. In this case your friends are giving you some good advice to hang in and see where it goes. Unfortunately I feel that you probably just aren't ready to get involved right now. Consider talking to him and telling him that for now you just want to be friends. Possibly if you let your friendship grow you may find that you have more in common. I think that he is probably holding back for fear that you won't like him. Your chart indicates that he is already in a high cycle regarding love and romantic relationships and that your chart will not come into this cycle until the second half of next year. Lets address your past relationship first. You did match up in a number of ways but emotionally it was taxing to say the least. I believe that this was a karmic connection and that is why it is so hard to let it go. That being said it is probably time to stop reliving something that is already dealt with and finished. You are going through a period in your chart that is making you think about people from your past but that doesn't mean that you should be trying to back track. Although it is a good year for most Gemini's regarding love with transiting Jupiter moving through Libra I have to say that for you it is good for traveling, socializing, doing things that are creative, making new friends from different backgrounds and so forth but when it comes to love with your natal Venus in the sign Cancer you are a little ahead of yourself.
