I recently broke up with my long-term boyfriend. We were supposed to get married but he kept putting it off. I found myself changing and decided not to wait anymore. Now I find myself lonesome and in need of company. I do not drink so bars are out of the question. How in this day and age does a grown woman ask men out on dates? I gave this one man a business card I made up with my e-mail, phone number and work number. (today) It felt so awkward. My question is ....is it in the stars that I will find someone to be with without feeling awkward and isolated?

I do not see you as being alone. What you have been experiencing over the past couple of years is the planet Saturn transiting through an area of your chart that causes a make it or break it period within your relationships. This particular aspect has now moved on and you should be in the clear to live, love and be happy. You will be coming into a high cycle later this year where love is concerned that will remain with you until the summer of next year. I feel that during this time you will be able to meet someone special. The best place for you to meet someone will be while on either a business or pleasure trip, while taking interest courses or attending a seminar or convention or while working or volunteering for a group that you believe in. I have just recently lost my long time partner of 8 yrs born September 25, 1975. He was killed in a snowmobile accident in Dec. I have been feeling miserable and very lost lately. One of his friends who is 12 yrs older then myself born April 26, 1967 has been very comforting and wonderful to me. He is always taking good care of me. Last night I engaged in an intimate relationship with him?but am not sure if I did this because of what I am going through. I feel very guilty about what I have done for it has only been a few months since Andrew's funeral. But I really do have strong feelings for this much older man. I have no idea if this will go anywhere or what is to come next. He has promised me not to push and that the ball is in my court, that no matter what he will always be there for me. Is this wrong? Although you have a wonderful comparison with Andrew much of it is based on how well you got along mentally. Andrew truly loved you for who you are. He had the ability to wager the pros and cons of any situation and could compartmentalize when necessary. His message to you is to move on, if the situation was reversed he would have done so himself. Andrews passing has been a great loss for both you and the older man in your life and together you will keep his memory alive. I believe if Andrew could have picked the person he would have wanted you to spend the rest of your life with it would have been his Taurus friend.
Your comparison with your older man is actually very good. The reason you are attracted to him is because you match up so well physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a man who has grown to love you as you have him. The time factor has nothing to do with anything. Falling in love happens at and under the strangest circumstances and in this case it wouldn't surprise me if Karma has played a role in your life both with Andrew and with your Taurus man. Chances are you would never have met your Taurus if it weren't for his connection to Andrew. Don't feel guilty - life is short and God put us here for a good time not a long time. This is the first time that I read you letters to the members who have troubles. I am now facing a question and wish you could advise me how to make my choice.
I broke up with my first boyfriend about two months ago. Soon after, I knew a guy (Paul) from the internet. He told me that he wanted me to be his girlfriend after we talked over the phone for the first time. I knew that he has just broken up with his girl friend. I didn't believe in him.
It has been one month now. We have never seen each other, but I found that I do like him. I feel that he cares and supports me, but I am afraid that we haven't built up any foundation in this relationship. I told him that I didn't want to fall in love so soon. And he said he would wait for me.
I met an ex-colleague Sam today. We knew each other when I took up a temporary job. He had a first sight love feeling towards me in the past, but I was shy to accept him. (I am not a confident girl.) After I finished my temporary job, we both went back to school and did not contact each other any more. Three months later, he called me saying that he loved me. I didn't give him a definite answer although I gradually felt that I also liked him. After a while, he didn't call me but I always think of him. I met him again today and told him that I would call him. I prepared to tell him all my feelings.
On the other hand, Paul moves me. I feel that Paul treats me better than Sam, but I have no confidence in someone known from the internet. I am afraid that I will make a wrong choice. Eugenia, can you tell me who suits me better?

There is no contest; you match up much better to Paul. The only problem with your relationship with him is that there is some emotional deception regarding involvements with other people. In other words one or both of you may also have someone else that you are talking to. As in your case it would be Sam. I think that you should safely meet with Paul. Take a friend along or make arrangements to meet for tea somewhere that you feel comfortable. I don't believe that you have anything to fear but it's always good to be on the safe side. As for Sam well the comparison wasn't that great. I believe that you are attracted to one another but you don't appear to have as much in common as you and Paul. You will be in a high cycle regarding love and romance for the next twelve months so don't be too quick to get into a serious relationship. You will have plenty of opportunities to meet potential partners. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Libra, Capricorn and Aquarius.
