I recently broke up with my long-term boyfriend. We were supposed to get married but he kept putting it off. I found myself changing and decided not to wait anymore. Now I find myself lonesome and in need of company. I do not drink so bars are out of the question. How in this day and age does a grown woman ask men out on dates? I gave this one man a business card I made up with my e-mail, phone number and work number. (today) It felt so awkward. My question is ....is it in the stars that I will find someone to be with without feeling awkward and isolated?

Lets address your past relationship first. You did match up in a number of ways but emotionally it was taxing to say the least. I believe that this was a karmic connection and that is why it is so hard to let it go. That being said it is probably time to stop reliving something that is already dealt with and finished. You are going through a period in your chart that is making you think about people from your past but that doesn't mean that you should be trying to back track. All relationships take work however the problems begin when neither or only one of you is willing to put in the effort. In your particular case I believe that you are putting up with too much. Although you do match up I believe that he can be a little fickle and that he is a bit of a player. Spare your heart and avoid trying to take this relationship to the next level.
