I recently broke up with my long-term boyfriend. We were supposed to get married but he kept putting it off. I found myself changing and decided not to wait anymore. Now I find myself lonesome and in need of company. I do not drink so bars are out of the question. How in this day and age does a grown woman ask men out on dates? I gave this one man a business card I made up with my e-mail, phone number and work number. (today) It felt so awkward. Ok so its been a long couple of weeks (maybe I should say long couple of months) -- basically I've been out partying and having a lot of fun...But lately, I realized that everything around me ends up circling back to the person I "LOATHED" the most in this world. I can't seem to shake her. You are destroying yourself and holding yourself back because of the inability to let go of something that is not changeable at the moment.
