You should be working towards buying your first home now. Start saving your money and checking out some of the deals that builders are offering. It is apparent that between the summer of next year until the spring of 2004 you should be able to make a move in that direction but please don't wait until that time to start saving and looking. You may just find that your mortgage will be as cheap as your rent. You are in a high cycle regarding your work until mid to late August and it is important to consider making a professional move or ask for a promotion between now and then if you want to try to up your income. This is also the time to consider changing career direction if you aren't happy with your current position. Regarding marriage you have been going through a dry spell during your Saturn return and although you feel as if you should be settling down you still have plenty of time. Article: Troubles in Beijing

Dear Eugenia,

I was born in 1978/7/8 at 7:00am, and am now working in Beijing. I am not doing the profession that I studied. I have to start all over again. Last August, when I just came to Beijing, my friend who came here with me died. I feel very sad. I always have the feeling that I should take some responsibility for her death because I brought her to Beijing. If I did not recommend her to the job, she would not come to Beijing and would not die. I am living in the city alone. I have no good friend here, doing something that I am not familiar with, learning new things from the very beginning and earning a very low salary. I don't know whether coming to Beijing has been the right choice. I want to change my job but I am not sure whether the new job requires me to learn new things from the very beginning. I don't even know whether I should get a new job relating to my profession or should I stay in this trading company invested by foreign capital. I really don't know where to go. You must not blame yourself for your friend's untimely death. I believe that we all have a beginning and an end. That nothing can change those two parameters in life. There was nothing you did to cause your friends death nor could have done anything to prevent it. As for you, it's time to get on with your life and put the past behind you. You are in a high cycle regarding relationships, meeting people through the organizations or clubs you join, socializing and putting your creative abilities to work for you. This is a period that you should be expanding your circle of friends. Regarding your work you will not be able to rely on others. You will have to work hard in order to get ahead but if you do it will pay off. The confusion in your chart is evident, especially regarding your future career prospects but if you just continue to work hard eventually this will pass and accomplishment will be yours. Regarding where you live it would be better to consider a move during the second half of this year or the first half of next, as for right now you are better to stay where you are. Article: Getting to the Root of the Problem

Dear Eugenia,

I am writing because I really need some help. I was born August 8, 1971, at 12:31 PM. Until about 5 years ago, I was just a normal person, until I started having an anxiety disorder. I have no idea why this began...at that time I was 32 years old. It has crippled my life....I can't travel more than 5 miles from my home without having a panic attack.....I never had thisbefore...in fact I traveled from Texas to Florida alone....some friends have said it is possibly related to hormones...at least this was the reason for the first attack...and now, I think, I just fear having the attacks...which cause the attacks....also at this same time five years ago, I started having dizzy spells.....but they didn't last too long and I no longer have them....I have managed to return to school and finish a teaching certificate....but it won't do much good if I can't attend the workshops which are about 30 miles from my home.....I am very distressed....on top of it all, my lover moved out and now I am financially in a bind....also....she wants to get back together....but I am unsure.....in the time while she was deciding to want to be together...I met someone else....I truly care for my new g/friend and I think we could have a good life together....but I feel guilty and like maybe I am not doing all I could have done in my previous relationship to make it work....I feel very indecisive....and have decided to take some time and not see either lady in hopes that I will have some insight as to which "path" would be my "highest path." I'm really having a hard time.....and insight that you have would be appreciated....

Your chart indicates that you have been experiencing transits that could cause anxiety since 1996. The problem being that your chart also indicates that you are difficult to diagnose as well. These to factors coupled leave you in a vulnerable position. I do believe however that your chart although experiencing some of the absolute worst transits this year, will show signs of improvement throughout the summer months with even more significant results next year. You will have to do a little research on your own regarding your anxiety. I suggest that you begin by looking for alternative methods of medicine to rectify your problem. It appears to stem from deep-set emotional setbacks that you encountered between 1991 and 1993. Think back to the events that happened in your life at that time and you should be able to start the long process of getting back to living a normal life. Regarding your love life, it?s probably not a bad idea to take time out however, I believe that you will find yourself making a decision quicker than you expect and jumping into a relationship again late June early July.
