You should be working towards buying your first home now. Start saving your money and checking out some of the deals that builders are offering. It is apparent that between the summer of next year until the spring of 2004 you should be able to make a move in that direction but please don't wait until that time to start saving and looking. You may just find that your mortgage will be as cheap as your rent. You are in a high cycle regarding your work until mid to late August and it is important to consider making a professional move or ask for a promotion between now and then if you want to try to up your income. This is also the time to consider changing career direction if you aren't happy with your current position. Regarding marriage you have been going through a dry spell during your Saturn return and although you feel as if you should be settling down you still have plenty of time. You will be in a much better position regarding love in 2004. Now that doesn't mean that you won't meet someone before that time but that is when the relationship can become more serious in nature. Article: The Grass is Greener

Thank you in advance for responding and offering this wonderful website. My troubles for the past two years have been in regards to my partner. I am a Leo (11/08/76); he is a Libra (08/10/75). We met each other while quite young, and have managed to maintain a seven-year relationship through the worst of events. Since 2000 however, I have been drifting away from him, wanting more out of life and out of the relationship -things he does not believe he can deliver. I love him dearly, but I am confused as to whether or not this relationship has outlived its usefulness or if I am searching for qualities only found in a "dream-man"? Unfortunately I have to admit that you are in a brother sister type relationship right now and it is time to move on. You are feeling depressed and stressed about this because transiting Saturn is adversely aspecting your natal Venus and you know within your heart that it is time to move on. It is never easy to leave someone you care about but you can't stay for the wrong reasons either. Set him free. You are like birds of a feather but you both need someone different. Hopefully you will be able to put this behind you and save the friendship for that is what this union should have been all along.

Article: The Skills to Pay the Bills

Dear Eugenia

I have a problem... my mom is falling apart. My older brother is making my mom's life hell. I try to comfort her but she is in great pain. I am leaving in 5 days, to live with my boyfriend. I don't want to leave my mom. But I am 20 years old and it's time for me to move on with my life, and grow to be a stronger person. I can't protect her from him and I am scared what he will do to her when I am not there for her. I love my mom very much and what my brother is doing to her is killing me inside and out.

I know that this letter is not very spiritual, but I was hoping for a little advice on what I could do for my mom. My mom was born December 13,1957. I was born April 19,1980, at 4 AM. All I want is help!

Without your brothers birth data it's hard for me to know what he is capable of doing. Regarding your mother she has to be the one to say no to him, not you. Until your mother is ready to practice tough love nothing will change. If he continually does things to hurt her she should not allow him access to her home. She must protect herself; you can't do that for her. You have to make your own choices and follow your own dreams. Your chart indicates that a move is apparent however you may be able to entice your mother to follow suit and move closer to you sometime next year. Your chart indicates that you should be able to do well in the work force. You have lots of good ideas and certainly the energy to reach your goals. You didn't submit your boyfriend's chart so I can't really make a comment on how well you'll do together. You must not let him stand in the way of your goals. It will be important that you learn the skills necessary if you want to advance professionally. Don't sell yourself short. You are bright, have social skills and can do very well given the right background. Your versatility and charm will help you get ahead.
