You should be working towards buying your first home now. Start saving your money and checking out some of the deals that builders are offering. It is apparent that between the summer of next year until the spring of 2004 you should be able to make a move in that direction but please don't wait until that time to start saving and looking. You may just find that your mortgage will be as cheap as your rent. You are in a high cycle regarding your work until mid to late August and it is important to consider making a professional move or ask for a promotion between now and then if you want to try to up your income. This is also the time to consider changing career direction if you aren't happy with your current position. Regarding marriage you have been going through a dry spell during your Saturn return and although you feel as if you should be settling down you still have plenty of time. You will be in a much better position regarding love in 2004. Now that doesn't mean that you won't meet someone before that time but that is when the relationship can become more serious in nature. You match up well to those born under the sign Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 yrs now. He wants me to move in with him...and I don't want to. We see each other 1-2 days a week and I am happy with the way things are right now. I was married for 25 yrs before my divorce and my kids are now grown and I like living by myself. My fear is that my boyfriend will leave me soon...if I don't give in and move in with him. Bingo - you answered your own question. He is not right for you. Although there are many planets that hook up between your chart and his very few of them are actually favorable. You are coming into a high cycle regarding love; romance and meeting Mr. Right beginning late this summer so open your eyes, your heart and your mind to someone who is more likeminded. I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.
