You should be working towards buying your first home now. Start saving your money and checking out some of the deals that builders are offering. It is apparent that between the summer of next year until the spring of 2004 you should be able to make a move in that direction but please don't wait until that time to start saving and looking. You may just find that your mortgage will be as cheap as your rent. You are in a high cycle regarding your work until mid to late August and it is important to consider making a professional move or ask for a promotion between now and then if you want to try to up your income. This is also the time to consider changing career direction if you aren't happy with your current position. It is always difficult to lose someone you love but it is also important to move forward when life has so much to offer and so many experiences to explore.

This year you should be broadening your circle of friends. Getting involved in hobbies you enjoy and activities that make you happy. By doing so you will meet people who have the same interests and before you know it you will be able to move on. It doesn't mean that you will forget about Wally - that will never happen but it will help you progress to the next phase of life. You will be in a high cycle when it comes to finding companionship next year so open up your mind and your heart and start to live again. God put us here for a good time - not a long time. How are you? I resigned from work three months ago. I did not want to look for a new job because I decided to set up my own boutique. During the preparation, I encountered many difficulties in financing and searching for shop location. I have already spent a large amount of money in the preparation and research stage. My family objects to my plans. They think that I am taking a risk, but I cannot stop at this point because I have invested quite a lot. You do have a struggle ahead of you however the possibilities of success are evident. You will find that your hard work will start to pay off if you can maintain your position until May/June of next year. If this means holding down two jobs to do so I feel that it will be worth your while. Your other option will be to take on a partner however I feel that you may not find someone suitable who will be honest with you so if you can do it by yourself you should. Overspending and poor investments over the past three months show clearly in your chart and that will be the hardest thing to overcome but with a second job you should be able to survive. Do not expand when you do start to make money instead work with what you have for as long as possible before going into any more expense.
