I'm not sure if this message qualifies for submission, but here is my question. My boyfriend is a Capricorn and I am an Aries, which do not match according to Zodiac signs. But when I complete the romance compatibility we match 99%. So which is right? My birthday is 4/8/70 2pm, His is 1/8/65 don't know time. We don't suffer from the problems stated under a Zodiac match, Aries spending too much and Capricorn being frugal, in fact it is opposite for us. I just want to understand how the zodiac and charts differ so much.

I must say that after reading through many people's questions and all your responses, you are one busy woman. Thanks for taking all that time to help people who need answers. I am a Leo, born August 16, 1978 at 5:55 a.m. Two years ago I enrolled in a college program that I knew was meant for me. My hard work and dedication paid off this summer because I was able to get a job in the industry I want to pursue. I know that I still have one year left to complete the program, but this job means a lot to me. Two partners own the business and I am the only employee. The problem is because one of the partners arrived at the company a couple of months ago and it was evident from the start that we did not get along. I'm sorry I don't know when her birthday is, but I can tell you that she is impatient, demeaning and at times can act hurtful. I know that the experience I'm getting here will help me when I graduate, but some days it's really hard to go to work and spend an entire day dealing with her attitude and her mood swings. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells and don't really want to confront her because I couldn't imagine her reaction. Can you give me any advice? Although I have been out of the dating scene for some time, I'm ready to get back in. As has happened in the past, a much younger man has expressed an interest in me. I am quite attracted to him, but I found myself so wrapped up in uncertainty about his motives (I just couldn't believe he was interested in someone my age)that I overanalyzed the situation and ended up not even being able to be hospitable the one time we got together (at least in hindsight I think I wasn't). We do see each other for professional reasons quite regularly and I've managed, at least in that arena, to keep things light and friendly. Is it possible he is actually interested?
