I do not believe being born the same day as your mother has anything to do with your relationships with woman however your chart indicates that with your natal Sun and Mercury in the sign Sagittarius opposite your Moon (representing your mother and women in general) in an area of your chart that deals with your relationships there are issues to be dealt with. Sagittarians are not the most likely to want to settle down in the first place and don't usually do so with ease until they are in there second half of life.
