I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I'm a 21-year old gay male living in New Mexico. I have been addicted to substances (alcohol, etc.) since I was a teenager. I can't shake them and can't seem to imagine a life without them. They are getting in the way of possible love interests because if I had a partner, they would need to be patient with the substances. As it is, I cling to phone sex and pornography to continue the escapism. I'm not complaining about my life. I've learned to live with it. But is there something in my chart that would explain my problem? That's all I need to know right now. If you could be so kind as to maybe help me explore this, I would be eternally grateful. Since, I finally got the courage to email you, I was wondering if you can clue me in on any astrological signs that might be compatible with me. I have read your cite, the reason I ask this question is because since, I am on the cusp I was wondering if their would be a difference. I did go to a local astrologist recently and he told me to be careful for the first months of the year. Do you see anything weird in my astrological chart for the beginning of this year? I lost someone very dear to me. It's been difficult. I want a permanent change and I made up my mind to move to Las Vegas because of opportunity. Is this a good area of the country for me to reside in? I know that astrology can tell someone if relocation to a specific area can be good or bad because of the planetary influences there. But is it possible for you to see whether or not this area will bring me business opportunities job etc. I presently reside in the northeast. I believe that if you are going to make a long distance move you must do so between now and late summer. Job opportunities are apparent in the fall no matter where you are living. My only concern with your move is that you have been thinking about it too long instead of making the arrangements and following through. If this is really what you want to do start the process. You have a good chart regarding work and making money so I really am not concerned about that. I believe that if you make a move you may make another one late 2005 or in 2006 however this time it will have something to do with a new partner in your life. Life is not over for you and although you lost someone very dear to you that doesn?t mean that you should be alone. You match up to those born under the signs Gemini, Libra and Sagittarius.
