I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Hi Eugenia

Thank you so much for your help, Eugenia. I am a Leo born 11/08/76 at 12:0 PM, and recently I have been offered a wonderful chance to move overseas for a new job opportunity. The offer happened rather quickly- within 3 weeks I was being set up with a contract. The field itself is not what I wish to forever do in life, but it does bring in a steady income until I can pursue a life in the arts. My question is this: does it look favorable, this move? It is a rather deep commitment to move one's life to a new country, a new culture. But something tells me it may just be what I need at the moment. What do you think?

Although the opportunity appears to be splendid I do have reservations regarding some of the people you meet along the way who may try to stand in your way or hold you back over the course of the next couple of years. I believe however that this will happen whether you stay or whether you go so it shouldn't be an issue or a deciding factor. You do have a creative chart but I feel that if you start to make some decent money your artistic goals may turn into hobbies instead of your future profession. You may have to decide what is more important to you, financial security or doing something that you truly love to do.

My Daughter, December,14th,1986, and? my son, August,20th,1988, are tearing me up inside.? We have had a very busy year, confusing and some-what unsettling. Now that a few of my accomplishments have been met, they are no longer apart of my daily life.? They are both so young, and they both need to grow up so fast. I am really hurting inside I cry, when I am alone, which is quite often the past few weeks. I do not see why this is happening to us. They rebel against my rules, but go live with others and abide by their stricter rules!! What is going on? Where is this all going to lead? Eugenia, you helped me before, I need you again. I need to know what I am doing so wrong. It really is killing me inside; help me to understand these challenges, and obstacles. Why can't they grow and prosper in my care? You have a good chart and a very capable chart in so many ways however where children are concerned (having them, raising them) you have a Neptune Mars opposition that stands in your way. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Your chart has been extra accident-prone for a while now so it's really no surprise that you are in recovery mode. Your chart isn't that bad just a little careless. Out of all negatives you can find a positive and in your case the positive is that you should be learning over the course of this year and next. Although you may not want to do so it is obvious that you are being pushed in that direction. Being confined to bed can be a good thing if you are surrounded by books, correspondence courses and so forth. You can turn this period into gaining new knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a better future. You are young, the health areas of your chart are relatively clear - you should heal quickly but you must keep in mind that you were born with an aspect in your chart that does make you prone to injury so in the future don't take chances, be more defensive and slow down. There is an element in your chart that denotes that someone in your home is unusual or possibly takes too much medication, alcohol or drugs. If this is affecting you consider what you can do about it. If you have become addictive yourself get help.
