I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I think I have too many burdens in my life. I'm a 20 yr old male. As I failed in all my exams and could not enter any college, all of my best friends left me. I didn't have many friends to begin with, but focused on developing a deep friendship with just one or two.However, they left me. You can imagine how depressed I am. Anyway, I was really quiet as if I was hiding in a cave for a year. And then, this year, 2001, I went to an art college but I found it difficult to make new friends while I was there. I couldn't find anyone who could share with me. Besides, I lost hope in music and in my ability to do well in the courses I was studying. I feel so depressed... I think things won't get better if I don't make changes to myself. However, it's hard to change and improve if I don't know where to start. Eugenia, please give me your advice. I was born August 30, 1981, at 5:30 AM.

I believe that part of your problem is that you are focusing on the wrong things right now. Your chart indicates that you should be in the work force learning on the job or through an apprenticeship. The area of your chart that deals with work and money looks quite good as does getting recognition for what you do. If your interest in music happens to lead to playing in a band or singing or something of that nature you may want to get a job and start to push your own musical talent during your off hours. You are in a high cycle over the course of the next couple of years regarding getting ahead and following your dreams, hopes and wishes. Although it is always good to get an education not everyone is a good student. That doesn't mean however that you can't do well and excel at something that you love to do. Regarding friends and lovers you have to be patient. Many of your friends have moved in a different direction but there is some opportunity around you regarding making new friends. The possibility of meeting someone special is also apparent however both friendships and emotional relationships appear to be made at or through work. You match up well to those born under the signs Gemini, Sagittarius, Aquarius and Pisces.

Your chart indicates that you are extremely hard to diagnose and this is why the doctors are having so much trouble finding out what's wrong. Trial and error will be required but you must not rely on one doctor's opinion. Although I do believe that you can and will get better I'm afraid that you will have to go through a couple of difficult years. You are headed into a period that indicates limitations, feeling fatigued and being run down. It will be important that you get your rest and that you have the doctor's check your heart for any defects that may have developed or that you may have been born with. Also the chest or breast area may show some signs of infection. You do tend to worry yourself sick and must be careful not to allow this to happen. Also problems with stomach may also occur and this could be an ulcer or colitis or similar disease set off once again by stress, anxiety and fear of becoming ill. Your chart is strong and I do believe that you will land on your feet and that whatever the doctors discover it will not be as bad as you think. Unfortunately the transit causing poor diagnosis will be in your chart until February 2006 so you may find yourself going through a lot between now and then. My suggestion is to work on stress management and if you are diagnosed with a stomach, chest or heart problem that you go to several specialists until you find the one who can put you on the right medication. One of the most difficult problems with this type of transit that you are going through is that quite often the wrong medication is what makes you sicker. The other area that the doctors should check out is that you may have an allergy to something around you or to a medication they prescribe. Know in your heart that your natal chart is good and that you should be able to get through this period so stop worrying.

I read my horoscope - Gemini. Today's date is 7/13/02. My Birthday is May 26,1991 at 4:37 PM. I know I seem young but I read my horoscope and it said (I'll break it down to my own words) It said to avoid any dispute with a family member even though one of them is hiding something, and don't make any money deals. First of all the caption means that someone in your family may try to pick a fight with you. That this person is probably also withholding information as well and is trying to divert your attention from this information by arguing with you about other things. At your age money deals refer to making small bets with friends, spending your allowance all in one place or borrowing from one of your friends when you aren't sure that you can pay him or her back. The daily horoscope is not that cut and dry. You may be a Gemini by sun sign but that's where it ends in your chart. You have your Moon and Pluto in the sign Scorpio in your 2nd house, Libra rising, Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn in your 3rd house, Saturn in Aquarius in your 4th house, Mercury in Taurus in your 7th house, the Sun in Gemini in your 8th house, Venus in Cancer in your 9th house and Mars and Jupiter in Leo in your 10th house. Your chart consists of many different factors. Because you have what I refer to as split houses you should be reading two different signs relating to different areas of your life when dealing with houses in your chart that do not have planets in them. In your case you should be reading the sign Libra/Scorpio in the daily horoscope column for the way you feel on any given day. You should be reading the sign Scorpio if it is an issue that relates to how you can make some money or your early childhood. You should be reading the sign Capricorn for issues relating to your lower education, communications with friends, neighbors or relatives and anything to do with mail, transportation pleasure trips etc. You should be reading the sign Aquarius for issues relating to your home environment and older family members, the sign Aquarius/Pisces regarding social activities, creativity, gambling etc. The sign Pisces/Aries when relating to how well you get along with people you work with, anything to do with a pet that you might have or minor health problems. You should be reading the sign Taurus when it comes to your love relationships. You should read the sign Gemini when it relates to chronic health, money or legal issues etc. The sign Cancer for issues relating to higher education, philosophy, religion, travel in order to learn something new, dealing with people from different backgrounds etc. You should be reading the sign Leo with regards to your position in society and how well you'll do. The sign Leo/Virgo for any issues dealing with worthwhile groups or having favors granted and the signs Virgo/Libra for issues relating to serious health, dealing with institutions, secret enemies, nightmares etc. So as you can see astrology isn't that simple and most people don't realize that they need to read all twelve signs in a daily horoscope in order to get it's true value.
