I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am an 18 years old boy. I had written a letter to you before, I am very pleased for the suggestion you gave to me. Now my relationship with a girl born February 11, 1984 is pretty good. I wanted to ask her to go out about one and half months ago. But I was afraid that I would fail, so I asked my friend to check her out for me. Unfortunately she said that she only likes me as a good friend, but does not love me. So I didn't ask her out...
About a month ago, she told me that she had a new boyfriend. When I heard this news, I was devastated. I didn't know what to say. I could only say "congratulations". She only knew this guy for about a week. Then she accepted going out with him. Doesn't she know I love her or does she want to let me know I don't have a chance?
You told me once before that my relationship with her will be good in the summer. As summer is coming, do I have chance to go out with her? Her date of birth was February 11, 1984. My date of birth was October 25, 1982 at 10:00 pm.

The comparison with your Aquarius friend is good and you are coming into a high cycle regarding love this summer but you must also keep in mind that it may or may not be with her. I believe that if you keep yourself open and looking for love that you will meet someone equally as nice or maybe even nicer if she herself doesn't respond to you. You will have plenty opportunities for love this summer so don't limit yourself. As a matter of fact you shouldn't focus on her but instead on all the other females that are going to be around you. You should be working towards buying your first home now. Start saving your money and checking out some of the deals that builders are offering. It is apparent that between the summer of next year until the spring of 2004 you should be able to make a move in that direction but please don't wait until that time to start saving and looking. You may just find that your mortgage will be as cheap as your rent. You are in a high cycle regarding your work until mid to late August and it is important to consider making a professional move or ask for a promotion between now and then if you want to try to up your income. This is also the time to consider changing career direction if you aren't happy with your current position. Regarding marriage you have been going through a dry spell during your Saturn return and although you feel as if you should be settling down you still have plenty of time. You will be in a much better position regarding love in 2004. Now that doesn't mean that you won't meet someone before that time but that is when the relationship can become more serious in nature. I do not believe being born the same day as your mother has anything to do with your relationships with woman however your chart indicates that with your natal Sun and Mercury in the sign Sagittarius opposite your Moon (representing your mother and women in general) in an area of your chart that deals with your relationships there are issues to be dealt with. Sagittarians are not the most likely to want to settle down in the first place and don't usually do so with ease until they are in there second half of life. The only way a relationship works for them at an early age is when the person they are involved with is not clinging or restricting their freedom. Don't blame yourself; it takes two to tango.
