I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am an 18 years old boy. I had written a letter to you before, I am very pleased for the suggestion you gave to me. Now my relationship with a girl born February 11, 1984 is pretty good. I wanted to ask her to go out about one and half months ago. But I was afraid that I would fail, so I asked my friend to check her out for me. Unfortunately she said that she only likes me as a good friend, but does not love me. So I didn't ask her out...
About a month ago, she told me that she had a new boyfriend. When I heard this news, I was devastated. I didn't know what to say. I could only say "congratulations". She only knew this guy for about a week. Then she accepted going out with him. Doesn't she know I love her or does she want to let me know I don't have a chance?
You told me once before that my relationship with her will be good in the summer. As summer is coming, do I have chance to go out with her? Her date of birth was February 11, 1984. My date of birth was October 25, 1982 at 10:00 pm.

The comparison with your Aquarius friend is good and you are coming into a high cycle regarding love this summer but you must also keep in mind that it may or may not be with her. I believe that if you keep yourself open and looking for love that you will meet someone equally as nice or maybe even nicer if she herself doesn't respond to you. You will have plenty opportunities for love this summer so don't limit yourself. As a matter of fact you shouldn't focus on her but instead on all the other females that are going to be around you. After all with her being an air sign you can bet that she will show more interest if she believes that you aren't available. Stand tall and show how strong, independent and exciting you can be. You actually match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra Sagittarius and Aquarius. I was born January 9th, 1968 at 10:00 P.M. It seems that too often when I read up on Capricorn, there is some type of foreboding or conflict pending, especially of late. Is there some sort of alignment somewhere creating this, and if so when will it change for the better. I have taken on a new business venture that is growing, but there seems to have been a great deal of obstacles slowing things down along the way. I was going insane emotionally and mentally, and so was my partner, who couldn't understand (as a witness), why there were so many delays with so much input on my part. My relationship suffered because of it. Do you know what's going on out there?

Well yes indeed there have been a couple of transiting planets (Saturn and Jupiter) playing havoc with your sign and to top it off other parts of your chart have also been afflicted by Uranus and Neptune as well. One of the most important transits that moved into your chart last fall and will remain with you until late this fall can cause you to expand too fast, take on too much etc so it is important that you don't move or grow too quickly. Transiting Saturn has been moving through the sign Cancer your polar opposite and this can cause limitations, frustrations, setback and obstacles which is exactly what you have been experiencing. This transit will be moving off your chart mid summer bringing you some relief. In the late fall when Jupiter moves into the sign Scorpio for approximately one year you will find that the tables will begin to turn in your favor in many different areas of your life from business to personal. Capricorns are very self-sufficient so they tend to move along even through the difficult times fixing things along the way. You didn't include your partners birth data however I'm sure he or she will be glad to hear that you do have better times heading your way. The area of your chart that deals with partnerships has been experiencing grief as well however this should begin to clear up the second half of this year and throughout next so you should be able to make amends.

Many happy returns of the day. You do have transiting Jupiter moving through an area of your chart that deals with partnerships allowing greater possibilities when it comes to meeting someone special. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, early Sagittarius and Aquarius. You shouldn't have a problem getting a better job this year but at the same time it is apparent that you have to like what you do and that being the case you may be required to go back to school or take courses that will allow you to work in a field that you find more interesting. If you are going to go this route you will find it easier to do so beginning in the fall of this year.
It isn't a bad idea to make a move to a larger city where you are more apt to be able to find the type of course you may want to take being offered as well as better job opportunities when you finish. A move is apparent between now and the middle of the summer so start doing your research and making plans.
