I am an 18 years old boy. I had written a letter to you before, I am very pleased for the suggestion you gave to me. Now my relationship with a girl born February 11, 1984 is pretty good. I wanted to ask her to go out about one and half months ago. But I was afraid that I would fail, so I asked my friend to check her out for me. Unfortunately she said that she only likes me as a good friend, but does not love me. So I didn't ask her out...
About a month ago, she told me that she had a new boyfriend. When I heard this news, I was devastated. I didn't know what to say. I could only say "congratulations". She only knew this guy for about a week. Then she accepted going out with him. Doesn't she know I love her or does she want to let me know I don't have a chance?
You told me once before that my relationship with her will be good in the summer. As summer is coming, do I have chance to go out with her? Her date of birth was February 11, 1984. My date of birth was October 25, 1982 at 10:00 pm.

The comparison with your Aquarius friend is good and you are coming into a high cycle regarding love this summer but you must also keep in mind that it may or may not be with her. I believe that if you keep yourself open and looking for love that you will meet someone equally as nice or maybe even nicer if she herself doesn't respond to you. You will have plenty opportunities for love this summer so don't limit yourself. As a matter of fact you shouldn't focus on her but instead on all the other females that are going to be around you. After all with her being an air sign you can bet that she will show more interest if she believes that you aren't available. Stand tall and show how strong, independent and exciting you can be. I have been using this wonderful site even before its Japanese version opened! I would like to ask your opinion on two men who are currently in my life. My birthday is 7/8/1973, and I was born around 7. I have been with this Gemini guy (6/15/1975) for five years. We maintained a steady, comfortable, and very fun relationship since meeting each other in college. But about a year ago, I found out that he cheated on me. He deeply regrets hurting me and promises me that he would never cheat on me again. I still care about him and hope that we could be a happy couple again. We have been trying to work things out but I still feel insecure. I fear that he will hurt me again in the future. Then, there is another guy, a Leo whose birthday is 8/5/75. We work together in a design office. Not only he is an attractive young man, but also he has been a great inspiration for me in my design work. We are pursuing the same career, so we share the same interests naturally. He is breaking up with his current girlfriend (don't know her birthday) and I am still involved with a Gemini guy, so we don't have anything going on at this moment. You do match up well to both men in question however your current Gemini boyfriend's comparison to you does indicate emotional deception. In the case of your Leo friend some sorrow is evident. I believe that you are sitting between a rock and a hard place. For the time being I feel that you have to give your Gemini partner more time to build a strong friendship with your Leo. After all lovers come and go but friends are with you forever. The only other alternative that you have is to back away from both and take some time for yourself. However, if you do so you may lose out on both counts. Your chart indicates that you are in a high cycle where work and meeting important and influential people are concerned, building friendships and pleasure travel. It is obvious with transiting Neptune sitting opposite to your natal Venus for the past couple of months that you will be confused regarding love and although you will get some relief from July until mid January it will come back to haunt you at that time on and off until the early part of 2004. I really enjoy your column and find your replies eloquent and very interesting. I've written in before, and haven't gotten a response, so I figured I'd try again. I am in a strange situation right now. I've had an eating disorder for the past 3 years of my life, and just recently, got put into the hospital due to complications from the severity of it. I know what I'm doing is wrong, and I'm trying to change, but it seems like every attempt is half-hearted at best. I've read in several different books that individuals born on my DOB (March 9, 1985, @ 1:45AM) show a pattern of substance abuse and health problems. The year just seems to be getting worse and worse and I was wondering what my chart holds for the upcoming school year. I think I put up a front and have a difficult time letting others get close, in fear that I will somehow lose control of everything in my life. Will my life and relationships with others improve at all? Thank you for your time.

You aren't a very strong Pisces only having your natal Sun in that sign. Your chart is predominantly Aries with your natal Mercury, Venus and Mars in that sign and Scorpio with your natal Saturn and Pluto in that sign. Your recent jaunt to the hospital does show up and it appears that if you don't use your Scorpio discipline to get back on track that you will end up in hospital again over the course of the next year. I urge you to take your health concerns seriously and stabilize your mental outlook before you start to worry about relationships. You have to learn to love yourself first. Your chart indicates that you have so much to work with but with your natal Neptune adversely aspecting your natal Mercury it is apparent that you are not always honest with yourself and this can lead to problems dealing with denial etc. However with your natal Mercury favorably positioned to your natal Jupiter it should help you to feel better about yourself.
