This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Dear Eugenia,

Help! I need your advice. My life is a disaster, which actually is just a continuation of last year. My best childhood friend died suddenly from cancer in January. I have been out on disability since October of last year. My financial situation is dire. My employer made false accusations against me and has now stopped paying me. I know they have no intention of allowing me to return to work. I don't know how much more I can take.

I am a single mom and have to support my children, but I feel totally lost. Do you see anything positive occurring in my near future? Everywhere I turn for help or advice, I hit a brick wall. How much longer do I have to endure this gloomy situation? I'm usually a very lucky person. I don't understand what has happened during the past 10 months and I am at my wits end. I was born on 4/22/62 at 3:45am. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Under normal circumstances the area of your chart that deals with work and money is not too bad however there are indications that you can change your position or direction quickly. During the past couple of years however your chart has been experiencing limitations, frustrations and obstacles regarding your job. Currently while you are still off on disability I believe that this is the perfect time to start a small home based business or you may want to pick up some new skills that will help you find a better position when you are ready to go back to work. I am a middle-aged guy who loves internet. Recently, I have some troubles in work and feel unhappy. Since I have registered in your website, read the analysis and realize that I have a quick temper and react without second thoughts. This time, I am psychologically prepared for those troubles. Your temper may be quick but that doesn't mean that it isn't warranted. I believe that where your work is concerned you probably have a valid grievance due to the fact that transiting Saturn has been moving across the top of your chart adversely positioned to your natal Pluto. This can cause you to react quickly and harshly to wrongful treatment. You also have transiting Neptune confusing you about your position and your future goals. Unfortunately this transit will be with you well into next year. On the down side it can also cause the people you work for and with to be evasive, untrustworthy and deceptive. On the up side you should find that you are highly creative, can come up with great ideas and that you can contribute if you want to. I believe that if you sit it out or decide to make a professional change things will improve as your chart is moving into better times. As long as you are aware that others will not be looking out for your best interests and you keep your ideas to yourself until you are ready to present them you will do just fine.

Dear Ms. Last,

I have been in a depression for the last several years since my mother died. I find that I am coming out of it now, and the world seems to be new to me. I had put everything on hold and been in limbo for several years. Along with my more positive attitude, I would like to make some changes in my life, but there are so many areas that I need to change, I don't know which direction to go in first. Between now and March of next year you should focus on making changes in your home. You will find that from April on next year it will be much easier to make personal changes including picking up new skills, educational pursuits, traveling and self-improvement in general. Regarding your career you will be in a much better position to make changes beginning in July of next year until the spring of 2002. Opportunities for relationships both business and emotional are already starting to open up and will continue to do so throughout next year. This period will also bring people from your past back into your life so if there is anyone that you would like to reconnect with this would be the time to instigate a reunion.
