For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I've written to you before, and decided to try again for my question keeps coming back and I would love an explanation. I'm a Pisces (3/9/85, at 1:30 AM) and most of my friends and/or people I attract are fire or air signs. The thing is, most of these people come off as more sensitive than me! Being a Pisces, I thought I was supposed to be the compassionate, emotional type, but I don't feel that I'm that way at all. Can you tell me why I attract so many of the signs that I'm not supposed to get along with? Which signs am I best suited to? thanks for your time! :)

I really would like some advice on how to get ahead in life and to really let myself shine. I seem to always be putting others objectives before my own but feel that I?m shooting myself in the foot and not letting myself reach my best (which I feel could be something great). My two main important queries are with my career and love. I've studied acting through university and just moved countries from Australia to the United Kingdom after graduating. Since then my career path has changed from acting to singing/songwriting and it has really lit a 'flame in my belly'. My main concern is how to get ahead by using my talents and what future trends may be hindering or helping me astrologically.? My second is love, which always seems to be somewhat of a minefield for me - e.g. I like people who don't like me or there is no chance with and keep going back convincing myself there is 'something' there - plus not being able to be myself with them, or friends I care about turn out to like me (and I don't in that way) and in some instances I've surrendered to them to not lose them. The other thing is my sexuality is quite open-minded which is quite confusing in itself.
At the moment I?m in a really positive place feeling like I?m on the verge of something brilliant - but I?m just not sure how I?m going to get there. Motivation hasn't always been my strongest attribute - I'm better at ambition and imagination. Any help Eugenia is greatly appreciated! I was born February 10, 1982, at 8:09 AM.

You are in a high cycle where your career is concerned until the fall of this year so you have no time to waste. You must be approaching the record publishing companies and promoting and performing as much as you can between now and the fall ? and if that means putting in a lot of time and doing freebies so be it. I wouldn?t worry too much about relationships right now. It is apparent that come August you will be in a much better position to meet someone more to your liking. Part of your problem has been the fact that you were born with a Venus Saturn square in your chart in an area that deals with relationships and your status in society with regard to partnerships. This can make it awkward for you to feel at ease with someone during the early stages of your relationship making it difficult to make the kind of impression that will seal the deal. I believe that you are coming into your own in that regard and during the latter part of this year and most of next you will meet people who are more inclined to see you for whom you are and recognize your talents as well. During that period you should be able to reach out and get the help and favors required to get ahead as well as meet potential partners both in the industry as well as at a personal level. I am a (almost) 16 year old girl sag born December 14, 1984, at 12:23 AM. Both my moon and my ascendant are in Virgo, I have heard that Virgo's are pretty down to earth and grounded individuals. I am NOT either of those. On the contrary, I spend most of my time day dreaming and thinking about the future instead of the present. I am more interested in thinking up future projects than doing present ones.
I am also constantly in a dream world. I like to spend my time in my head, thinking about places that don't exist. This type of thinking has put more pressure on me to do well in school and I am falling behind. Could you tell me what part of my natal chart and any transits that are causing this behavior, and how to combat it. It's really getting in the way of my studies and I would like to try and stay in the real world.

Your ascendant is very late Virgo therefore you have a far stronger Libra influence in your first house. As for your Virgo Moon it is hidden in your 12th house making it less obvious. The fact that you do have your Moon in Virgo however coupled with your Sun, Mercury and Uranus in another mutable sign (Sagittarius) is contributing to your daydreaming right now because transiting Jupiter is moving through Gemini. Now this doesn't have to be a bad thing. It does mean that you want to learn and discover and expand your horizons however if what they are trying to teach you doesn't interest you it can cause you to wonder off mentally to things that capture your imagination. This transit and your planets in Sagittarius run across the 3rd and 9th houses in your chart which represent lower and higher education therefore the problem is affecting your schoolwork. This transit will pass but not until May/June of next year so buckle down and force yourself to work a little harder. If need be get extra help, talk to your teachers, or do whatever you can to get through this hard to focus period. You are also moving through a period that is favorable for socializing but don't be lead astray by friends. With transiting Neptune sitting on your Venus in your 5th house you could easily end up in a sorrowful situation. The best outlet for you during this period is one that is creative.
