I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Dear Eugenia,

It's about my job. I moved to a new advertising company on March 2. I have been working in an advertising company as a copywriter.

However, because of personal reasons, I changed to the IT industry last year, Oct 2000. I thought I ran out of creativity while working in this advertising company, thus, I joined the business planning department of the IT company. Well, I'm changing again to advertising area due to financial reasons. However, since my company will be in a larger city, it's very different from the atmosphere I'm used to. Although I have settled down in the larger city, I'm afraid of facing the new environment. This new city is still not familiar to me. The new company will demand much more output from me. I'll be working as a copy-writer. I'm excited but also afraid. Can you tell me what I should be careful of? I was born February 6, 1975, at 6 AM.

You have nothing to fear. Your chart indicates that you are very creative and although you unsure of your ability trust me it's present and won't let you down. You are overreacting to the situation regarding your profession and will be until the middle of June. Don't let your own insecurities stand in the way of your progress. It is good for you to be working in a place away from where you were born. You are also in a high cycle to meet new friends and partners. You must get out and socialize with colleagues so that you will feel more at ease in the city. Your chart indicates that you will do very well and feel more relaxed and comfortable in your job beginning the last half of this year. Hi Cancer

Your chart indicates that you are extremely hard to diagnose and this is why the doctors are having so much trouble finding out what's wrong. Trial and error will be required but you must not rely on one doctor's opinion. Although I do believe that you can and will get better I'm afraid that you will have to go through a couple of difficult years. You are headed into a period that indicates limitations, feeling fatigued and being run down. It will be important that you get your rest and that you have the doctor's check your heart for any defects that may have developed or that you may have been born with. Also the chest or breast area may show some signs of infection. You do tend to worry yourself sick and must be careful not to allow this to happen. Also problems with stomach may also occur and this could be an ulcer or colitis or similar disease set off once again by stress, anxiety and fear of becoming ill. Your chart is strong and I do believe that you will land on your feet and that whatever the doctors discover it will not be as bad as you think. Unfortunately the transit causing poor diagnosis will be in your chart until February 2006 so you may find yourself going through a lot between now and then. My suggestion is to work on stress management and if you are diagnosed with a stomach, chest or heart problem that you go to several specialists until you find the one who can put you on the right medication. One of the most difficult problems with this type of transit that you are going through is that quite often the wrong medication is what makes you sicker. The other area that the doctors should check out is that you may have an allergy to something around you or to a medication they prescribe. Know in your heart that your natal chart is good and that you should be able to get through this period so stop worrying.

Article: Moving Forward

Dear Eugenia

On 19th April 2000 my husband committed suicide. He was undergoing severe depression because of his unemployment and his lack of means of supporting me and our 5 year old boy. We used to live with my family. My family wanted me to divorce him but I had decided to live separate with him so I could give my marriage a chance. The apartment was almost ready, and we were supposed to shift shortly. I had even spoken to my brother and had a job arranged for him. Yet two days before shifting, when I had gone to the apartment to set up things, I found my husband dead in the same apartment. What I need to know now is, why did he have to do such a thing when he knew that I am coming to live with him. His job was also fixed...This one question is really eating me up. I need to know the answer if I have to get on with my life. I was born September 5, 1968 at 9 AM and he was born March 20, 1962, at 9 AM.

You on the other hand have a strong chart. This is something that probably attracted him to you in the first place. You are coming into a much higher cycle and it is time to put the past behind you. You owe it to yourself and to your son to move forward in a positive manner. Your chart indicates that you will meet interesting people that will influence you in many ways over the course of this year. You need to get out and do things that are worthwhile. By doing so you will find it much easier to move on. New relationships are likely to develop this year however I suggest that you take your time and build a solid friendship first. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio and Capricorn. You did not submit your son?s birth data, however I can tell from your chart that he is confused and suffering right now and that he needs you to spend additional time with him. Try to join groups or clubs that include him as well. If you stick together you will both overcome the nightmare that you have been forced to endure.
