It's about my job. I moved to a new advertising company on March 2. I have been working in an advertising company as a copywriter.
However, because of personal reasons, I changed to the IT industry last year, Oct 2000. I thought I ran out of creativity while working in this advertising company, thus, I joined the business planning department of the IT company. Well, I'm changing again to advertising area due to financial reasons. However, since my company will be in a larger city, it's very different from the atmosphere I'm used to. Although I have settled down in the larger city, I'm afraid of facing the new environment. This new city is still not familiar to me. The new company will demand much more output from me. I'll be working as a copy-writer. I'm excited but also afraid. Can you tell me what I should be careful of? I was born February 6, 1975, at 6 AM.

I am an engineer specialising in the research and development of programming, circuit design and etc. I have worked for two companies during the past five years. I am working for this company for one year. I feel that I am underpaid compared to the hard work I've contributed. Your future looks bright. You have some wonderful ideas however to people like your current boss you are a little ahead of your time.
