I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

It's about my job. I moved to a new advertising company on March 2. I have been working in an advertising company as a copywriter.
However, because of personal reasons, I changed to the IT industry last year, Oct 2000. I thought I ran out of creativity while working in this advertising company, thus, I joined the business planning department of the IT company. Well, I'm changing again to advertising area due to financial reasons. However, since my company will be in a larger city, it's very different from the atmosphere I'm used to. Although I have settled down in the larger city, I'm afraid of facing the new environment. This new city is still not familiar to me. The new company will demand much more output from me. I'll be working as a copy-writer. I'm excited but also afraid. Can you tell me what I should be careful of? I was born February 6, 1975, at 6 AM.

You have nothing to fear. Your chart indicates that you are very creative and although you unsure of your ability trust me it's present and won't let you down. You are overreacting to the situation regarding your profession and will be until the middle of June. Don't let your own insecurities stand in the way of your progress. It is good for you to be working in a place away from where you were born. You are also in a high cycle to meet new friends and partners. You must get out and socialize with colleagues so that you will feel more at ease in the city. Your chart indicates that you will do very well and feel more relaxed and comfortable in your job beginning the last half of this year. I am almost embarrassed to ask for advice. Since I don't like to tell too much information about myself, I hope I can phrase the question right. I have a hard time in terms of my relationship with men. On one hand I want to love and be loved very deeply. It is a very spiritual connection that I crave. On the other hand, as soon as I am in a relationship, I feel suffocated, like the type of relationship society deems proper does not fit my personality. Is it possible for me to find someone who can give me the emotional intensity that I crave with the physical freedom I feel I need? Or are these two things so opposite that I must choose one way to be? I really need to know if I must make a choice, or if I should keep on looking. I am interested in someone right now mainly due to his personal integrity. I don't think he knows that he has caught my attention just yet and I am reluctant to pursue anything right now due to my conflicting needs in a relationship. I wouldn't want to hurt anyone. I was born 10/26/68 at 11:22 pm and he was born 05/06/61 at 4:15 am.

There are lots of people who want to have their cake and eat it too. The main concern is honesty. The comparison with your Taurus friend was quite favorable and it didn't really show any major sign of sorrow therefore I see no reason not to pursue him unless of course you are also working with him professionally. I suggest that should you decide to move forward that you are right up front about your desires and needs so that you give him the choice to bow out if he can't handle the freedom you require. I don't believe that you can turn off a switch and become totally monogamous if that isn't the way you are. Therefore you are best to search openly and honestly for someone who shares your values and sexual needs. Don't be embarrassed; lots of people feel the same way you do. You are in a high cycle regarding love however I must stress that you should not mix business with pleasure.

What is your opinion about having Saturn in one's 7th House? I have had such bad luck with love relationships that it feels almost hopeless. Does Saturn have anything to do with it?

Having Saturn in your seventh house can bring stability, security and lasting love or it can cause the lack there of. It is usually dependent on the way the rest of your natal planets aspect your natal Saturn as well as how the transiting planets are positioned to your natal Saturn at any given time that will determine which way the pendulum will swing. On the whole your natal chart indicates that you have your natal Saturn opposite your natal Sun, Uranus and Pluto and trine your natal Mars and Neptune. This is not all that bad and certainly wouldn't cause a total lack of romantic opportunity. However, you also have your natal Moon in your seventh squaring your natal Jupiter and opposite your natal Sun, Uranus and Pluto. This to me would be the greater cause of relationships not working out for one reason or another. You are currently in a high cycle regarding relationships but if you aren't getting out and meeting new people it won't happen. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. Part of your problem as well is the build up of planets in Virgo in your first house opposite your seventh house. You tend to be careful in love and are not likely to settle for anyone that doesn't live up to your standard. You are more likely to meet potential partners while traveling, taking educational or interest courses or through friends. Stop being so hard on yourself. There is nothing wrong with waiting for the right person.
