I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Article: Coming into Money is not Necessarily a Bad Thing

Dear Eugenia:

I am currently upset because I have recently checked other forecasts besides yours and they all seem to say that I will be coming into an inheritance sometime this year. The reason for my quandary is that I really have very little immediate family left. I have lost both of my parents at an early age and only am close with my husband's side of the family and my brother and Aunt. I really am afraid that this means I will be losing someone close to me. The area of your chart being referred to has several different meanings that could occur. You can come into money however it might be due to signing a contract that will bring you a higher wage, or perhaps you will win some money in a local lottery. It can mean that an investment you made starts to pay off or that you decide to invest in yourself, real estate or other items for you home that will grow in value. It does not have to mean that you are going to experience the loss of a loved one. Death is something that can not be predicted. Article: Moving Forward

Dear Eugenia

On 19th April 2000 my husband committed suicide. He was undergoing severe depression because of his unemployment and his lack of means of supporting me and our 5 year old boy. We used to live with my family. My family wanted me to divorce him but I had decided to live separate with him so I could give my marriage a chance. The apartment was almost ready, and we were supposed to shift shortly. I had even spoken to my brother and had a job arranged for him. Yet two days before shifting, when I had gone to the apartment to set up things, I found my husband dead in the same apartment. What I need to know now is, why did he have to do such a thing when he knew that I am coming to live with him. His job was also fixed...This one question is really eating me up. I need to know the answer if I have to get on with my life. I was born September 5, 1968 at 9 AM and he was born March 20, 1962, at 9 AM.

Dear Eugenia,

Eight months ago I removed myself from a toxic abusive relationship, and put myself slowly onto the road to recovery. I got a new apartment alone, and started a business by myself. I am 41, born October 11, 1961, at 2:32 am, and am having a very hot affair with a sexy 22 year old. It's the first satisfying coupling I've had in a long time. My x continues to call, and wants me back but I am terrified by the level of rancor we have had for each other in the past. My lover was born 7/8/80, and my x on 5/28/74.

I'm inclined to go for the new as much as possible, but I'm wondering how far it could go with us- you know, a child; togetherness. Am I fooling myself? Or should I just enjoy it as long as I am able? I'm reminded that there's no fool like an old fool. What should I do?

The astrological comparison with your new love was definitely the better of the two and I never have a problem with chronological age differences because it really depends on the two people involved but I do fear the fact that although the comparison was good sorrow is evident at some point. I feel certain that you can enjoy this partner for some time however if you want to have a baby, do so for the right reason and with the intention of raising your child by yourself. I believe that you will have to make a choice. You definitely shouldn't be looking back and you will have a transit coming up over the next year where past partners will surface, however this very same transit will also bring about new potential partners and I would advice that you move in that direction should you be serious about marriage, family, children and longevity of the union. If you choose to stay with your current partner be aware that although this relationship does have some staying power it will eventually end and it will probably be do to children.
