I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

I feel bad every day. My eyes have some problems. The doctor said that I had to take medicine for the rest of my life or I will become blind one day. I am really afraid that that day would come. I don't want to be fed by my parents for my whole life but I don't have any skills for living. I am still studying in school. I always thought that if I were blind, the things I learn from school would be meaningless to me. In order not to make my parents worry, I always pretend that I am all right. In fact, deep in my heart, I am sad and even thought of committing suicide. I know my parents only love their son and do not really care for me. Since I was a child, I have felt lonely and keep all the tears to myself.
Recently, I have been interested in a newly emerged religion, which gives me the courage to face my future. But this religion is not widely accepted, at least, my parents object to it. I also wonder whether it is cheating people or not. I didn't have any good friends in the past and don't even have a friend now. I don't know what to do. I sometimes think that there is no difference whether I am here or not. No one cares about me. I don't want to carry on my life like that. I want some changes or breakthrough. I do see some chronic health problems in your chart however it is apparent that poor diagnosis may also be present and if this is the case I urge you to get a second opinion. I believe that at this particular time you should be careful regarding your religious choices as it is evident that the group that you are dealing with does have some underhanded business or hidden agenda going on. If you believe in the concept that this group is preaching and you feel that it is benefiting you that's great however don't be too quick to give financially. A good religious group will only ask its members to donate what they can rightfully afford. Although your chart does indicate that you are emotionally starved it is not the case that your parents don't love you. I believe that you have difficulty showing your emotions and that you tend to keep a great deal to yourself. If you don't share your feelings and thoughts with your parents you can't expect them to read your mind. It's time to open up and let them know how you feel. I am writing to you right now because I am so sad and I do not know what to do. I am going to be 40 this year and never experienced unrequited love in my life until this past 2003. Like in Bridget Jones' Diary he came out of nowhere and allowed me to experience love in its purest form, he loved me for me. There was nothing sexual about our relationship, just 2 souls who seemed to be blessed by Heaven. He was my reflection as I was his.
He went away to med school and since November he seemed to have silenced all communication with me. After I played an April fool joke on him saying that I would be visiting, he sent me back a reply saying that he finds our relationship not rewarding anymore and does not ever expect to hear from me ever again. I have tried to email him to explain why because there is no closure and since this is the 3rd time someone has just walked out of my life with no reason, I am beginning to develop a complex that I am not worthy of love.
I had my palms read and the old man said that I would not experience any love, or if I did in my 30s, it would not work out.

The comparison isn't bad but it did show some sorrow coupled with the fact that your Capricorn friend has his Neptune conjunct his Venus and Mercury in the sign Sagittarius making him the one with a problem not you. You just happened to pick someone who isn't likely to commit to anyone - at least not until he is much older.
As for you another high cycle regarding love will be heading your way by the end of this year and throughout the first half of next year. You do best with people born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio and Capricorn. Yes, I know your friend is a Capricorn but in his case he isn't much of a Goat and is really strongly influenced by the signs Sagittarius, Gemini and Libra none of which do well when it comes to settling down.
