I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

I just moved into a new place with my boyfriend but I'm not sure he's the one. Some days I convince myself that everything is okay then other days I wonder if I can handle all the issues he has with his ex wife, children and him not wanting anymore kids. (his b-day is: Jan 11/62 at 3am and mine August 26, 1964, at 6 am). We have been arguing so much more ever since we moved in and I'm ready to walk. Should I stay and give it a chance or is it best to leave now?

You and your partner match up very well astrologically. It's times like these that you discover how strong your character is as well as his. His chart indicates that he has difficult transits regarding divorce settlement, legal matters, financial agreements and so forth but this will continue to haunt him for the next two years and like it or not he does have to be responsible to his first family regardless of how his ex is responding. All that being said he should probably try to put a stop to any harassment that he may be subject to by coming to a suitable arrangement that both he his ex and his children stick to. Once that is done things at least have a chance to settle down. Your chart indicates that you are moving into a period of uncertainty and you must try to curb any desire to overreact or to make changes suddenly that you might regret later on. Regarding having children of your own you will be feeling the urge especially over the course of the next year and I do believe that the chance of getting pregnant is likely however it may not be the best thing to do when your relationship is going through so much turmoil. I have seen many comparisons that are good where the end result was separation. Right now your timing is bad and it likely that you will get fed up. You are both going through a fair amount of stress over the course of the next 18 months. To add to that if you should get pregnant, fly off the handle or get upset about things that are out of your control will not help matters. This is a relationship worth nurturing but with the transits you both are experiencing I have my doubts that you will make it. Should you decide to walk, and you probably will, I believe that you will meet someone new before year-end. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. I was in a 10 year long relationship with a man that I believe is the love of my life. Things were so easy for about the first year, after that they seemed to just be on a steady course of difficulty. I've never strayed from my dream of marriage and a family. He said he wanted all the same things and recently has changed his mind. He has done a 180 on me and we are now separated. We went through a similar thing a few years ago, but got back together after about four months apart. He was born on January 12, 1972 and I was born on June 23, 1969 at 11:00 pm. As far as signs go, I know that we are perfectly compatible. Can you tell me if I'm crazy for loving this man? Is this a temporary split while he works out whatever has him scared or is this permanent? I've been lost and confused trying to make sense of all of this... any help you can offer would be a great help in putting my mind and heart at ease.

The comparison was okay but not without some problems. Although your boyfriend was born under the sign Capricorn he does have three planets in the sign Sagittarius and this is usually an indication that even if he does decide to get married he will always be a bachelor at heart. He has his natal Venus in the sign Aquarius and this planet is going through a change of heart, confusion and as a result causing his 180-degree turn. His natal Venus is also at an adverse position to your natal Neptune and this usually causes sorrow within the relationship. In your case it shows up when it comes to changing your status in life that meaning marriage. I also believe that there could be some problems where friends and family are concerned that you may not even know about. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position regarding love, marriage and so forth towards the end of this year and through most of next. I wouldn't give him much more time to do a reversal. If he can't make up his mind by the fall let it go. As for you I believe that you should be focusing on career, getting out and meeting and making some new friends and moving on with your life. You actually match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces.
