We've all experienced times of conflict and personal struggle. Times when the assistance and advice of a friend always seemed to lend comfort and ease the burden. Have you ever wondered what it would be like if that friend was one of the world's most revered astrologers, with over 25 years of experience?

Dear Eugenia,
I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?
Sincerely,
Curious Cancer
Dear Curious Cancer
Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

Dear Eugenia
I am currently faced with a crisis situation, which involves my 16-year-old son. Two years ago he was accused of having sexually molesting his 3-year-old stepsister. He has insisted and maintained his innocence. I am a believer looking at reality and I know that there is a possibility he may have committed this act but evidence having been tested came back negative and the authorities have basically closed the case but now his stepmother has had a nervous breakdown and is undergoing psychiatric care. She has been working on this situation in her mind for two years now trying to figure out the truth that has basically greatly affected her mental and emotional health. I have been trying to keep myself on a balance trying to get facts and am absolutely not fooling myself that this couldn't possibly have happened and I would like to help my son in any way I can. My own lifestyle includes a twelve-step program, as I am a recovered alcoholic for just about ten years now. I have tried to detach to a certain extent and take it one 24 period at a time but I feel so bad for my son and everyone else I don't know what to do. If you have some advice that may help give me some semblance of serenity I would greatly welcome it. In the meantime I will continue to pray and meditate. I was born March 10, 1959, at 8:35 am.
With sincerest thanks
Heidi
Dear Heidi
I can see your struggle and the pain and endurance you have had to go through but I really need your son's and his stepmothers birth data to give you the answers that I believe you are looking for. As for you, I feel that you are putting way too much pressure on yourself. You can't account for everyone else. If you can supply me with the information I need I will try to accommodate you as I'm sure all my readers would like to know more about your situation. You are a strong woman who took a detour in life that was definitely a learning experience but the fact that you picked yourself up and took the high road is proof enough that you have what it takes to move forward and not let the dilemmas of those around you drag you down. The area in your chart that deals with children is undergoing changes right now and this probably has something to do with your eldest son however not knowing how many children you have or how many might be living with you I can't be sure. Your home environment and the area of your chart that deals with legal matters or getting help is in a high cycle until the end of the year so take advantage of this if possible. The changes coming your way I believe are good and with a little effort and focusing on yourself for a change much can be accomplished. Please send in the remainder of the data I require so that I may assist you further.

Hi Eugenia
I am currently going through a divorce and I feel that the financial burden being imposed on me is unfair. Also, I fear that my wife will leave the state with my children making it even more difficult for me to see them. My question is two fold. Will I be able to financially afford what she is asking for and still have a place of my own to take the kids? And, do you believe she will move the kids out of state?
Gemini
HI Gemini
You didn't submit your wife or children's birth information making it difficult for me to know what she will do. What I can tell you is that your financial limitations are still present between now and the summer of next year however after that time it is evident that you should be able to swing whatever settlement or agreement you make with her. I believe there is a law that does not allow one parent to take the children more than X amount of miles away from the other parent if you have joint custody however this may change from state to state. Your chart indicates that you should be focusing on your professional goals and that if you are diligent about getting ahead you can be successful over the next four years. I do believe that your wife will try to restrict your visitation rights between now and the end of the summer of next year. You must fight this and do whatever is necessary to be as much a part of your children's lives as you can. If you live close to one another it isn't uncommon these days to have the children with you half the time and with her the other half. In that case you should not have to pay support because you are both equally raising your children. There are many routes to take however if she has left you because of infidelity or other damaging or cruel reasons you will end up paying dearly so get working towards professional advancement now so that you can cover the costs. Don't let the uncertainty or depression regarding your failing marriage deter you from getting involved with new partners or develop new friendships. It is important for you to get on with your life.
