For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

Hello my birth date is Jan 11th of 1980, at 7:18 a.m. My boyfriends birthday is May 24th of 1975, not sure the time, is using drugs (so I believe) I have known him for 9 years and I also was a drug addict until Jan 19th of 2004. I was incarcerated for one year and been clean ever since. I also had my child while I was incarcerated on June 13th of 2004 at 12:25 in the afternoon. She is the reason why I'm clean today. She is so precious to me and I love her to death. I will do anything for her I even quit smoking. But her father bob I think is still using. You see he lives 2 and 1/2 hours away. He really doesn't do anything for our child he has given me only $50.00 since she was born and only seen her about 6 times in 9 months. I'm afraid for him and I want a better life for him. I just don't know what he's thinking anymore. Since his mother passed away 4 years ago it's like he always looked at life as nothing but a downhill for him. He thinks everybody is out to get him and that there's some kind of curse on him cause everything bad always happens when something good comes along. Do you see any future with us being a family at all? Do you see me being an independent mother? I want everything for my child. Bob hasn't been there for me through a lot and I hate him for that. But deep down inside I love him. After all I did for him. He has been trying to get clean but I don't think its working out for him. I talked to him on the phone this morning and he sounded messed up. He said he was going to call me back but never did. When I called him tonight his father told me he went out... go figure. His best friend mike passed away this morning and it was an overdose. I have been through a lot and well I was just wondering if you see a brighter future for me. You should be very proud of yourself. It isn't easy to beat addiction. Now you have to protect you and your little girl from the perils of that whole scene. Your boyfriend does not match up well to either you or your daughter. It is best for you to walk away from him and not look back. You need to focus on yourself and getting ahead. It is apparent that you should be upgrading or learning a new skill between now and the early part of next year. This will enable you to get a decent job that will not only lead to your freedom but security for you and your baby. You answered me (March 6,1982, 1:18 PM) last in 2005 - and you told me that the new Virgo in my life (Aug 30 1971, 15:25) might prove to be something special, and you were right! On New Year's Eve he has asked me to marry him. I live in Spain, he lives in Sweden - and I am planning to move to Sweden by the end of 2007, and trying to get a form of scholarship and do my masters in English. I graduated in English literature in 2005 and am doing a masters in Spanish now. I still have so many past issues and insecurities I have to deal with and am seeing a therapist because I am afraid my insecurities will harm this relationship, which I really feel blessed with! I read in the yearly horoscopes that came out that the eclipses would mean relationship endings, as well as Saturn staying for 2 years, as well as Saturn entering Virgo - I feel scared. I am always scared and mistrustful.
