For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

I have been having problems with my husband for the past three years (the amount of time we have been married). My husband is financially irresponsible and has a substance abuse problem he doesn't want to admit too. I get so frustrated when he's using drugs. I have even hit him a couple of times (which I have never done before) I get so upset to see him that way and wonder why I am with a person like him. I also just had a baby (not planned but overjoyed!). My baby has become the focus of my life and I want to give him everything. I am fed up with my husband and want to leave him but it has been really hard. He will not leave. I feel like my life is in pause because I can't achieve any of my goals. I am the sole provider of the house. He doesn't help with the bills. Will things change? I really want a better life for me & my baby. What should I do?

The fact that you didn't even mention when your husband was born leads me to believe that you have fallen out of love with this man. It's hard to get that love back when too much has gone wrong. I believe that you are asking me to make a decision for you which I can not do however I can tell you that you are going through your first Saturn return and this is a period where you reevaluate your life and make decisions to stagnate or turn things around. Your husband has a problem and unless he is willing to recognize this and do something about it there is no point wasting your time or subjecting your baby and yourself to his abuse. You must give him an ultimatum to get help and if he doesn't oblige it will be time for you to leave. If you own your house jointly and he won't leave or sign the papers to put the house up for sale you must take legal action. If you rent take your baby and get out. The little bit of cash you lose is not worth putting up with his irresponsibility. On making these comments I do however wish that you had provided me with both your husbands and your babies birth data so that I could get a total view of your situation and if your husband has the capacity to turn his life around for the sake of his family. If you believe in your heart that he doesn't than take the baby and run.

My story is very similar to the earlier soul mate story. I was told by astrologers/tarot readers that I would meet a man who will have a link with Mexico and Kingston. He would be dark with dark eyes and be a fantastic cook. I was also informed that I would meet him in my late 20's and it would be love at first sight across a crowded bar. This was not only one person that told me this but four in different locations within the UK. I set my heart on meeting this man and this was my destiny. One Thursday, I was asked to go out for a drink by some friends. I was not in the mood, however, I picked myself up and went out. I felt very intuitive that day and excited knowing something was going to happen. In the pub, I met up with many friends old and new. As I turned to walk towards the bar I could see out of the corner of my eye a man looking at me. I melted! Why me, I thought. He came over to me and looked into my eyes. I knew it was him before we had spoken to each other as immediately we had recognized each other. We sat and talked infatuated by each other for the rest of the evening. He then told me he was working in Kingston and had worked in the armed forces in Mexico for 3 years. Also, he wanted to cook for me!
