I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Dear Eugenia,
I was born on October 25, 1962 at 1:20 p.m. and I am writing you to see if you can help me. I have had a pretty rough life, and decided three years ago that I would do what I have always wanted and that is to be an actress. I have since been on television and film sets and have seen numerous people that others would love to see, and have actually met a few and had conversations with them. That is all fine and grand, but I have had a job offer from a Model Management company and am now the regional manager for them. What I want to know is am I ever going to get a speaking part for television or film and make it as a working actress. I really want to make this life time dream come true. I am starting college in January to get a degree in Dramatic Arts. I have been approached by clairvoyants telling me they can help me, that I am in my lucky time and they can help me succeed, but they of course want money that I don't have. So could you please tell me if I am on the right path and if I will ever make it as a working actress. This has been my life long dream and I want it very badly, more than anything in life. Could you please help and help me with your insight to this matter.

You are coming into a high cycle regarding career and professional moves. These will begin to occur toward the end of the summer next year and continue for approximately five years. It will be important to give it your all and to do the appropriate leg-work in order to get to where you want to go. Hard work, determination and pushing to meet the right people will be required. I think I lost my sense of humor and I can't seem to get it back. In the past, I was able to laugh, to joke and most of the time, make fun of friends in a humorous ways and have everybody laughing. But nowadays, I can hardly laugh myself. And it seems that I am too serious in my everyday conversation. A conversation of a humorous nature, my comments or answers can totally spoil the mood. If I try to make a funny remark, it seems very unnatural and tends to come out forced. Is this part of growing up or has my astrological nature got something to do with it. Or has it anything to do with my social life. For the past few years, my social life has gradually settled down to just 2 groups of friends, each about 10 members, and our gatherings over the years have gradually reduced to once a month or twice a month. Does it mean that my spending most of my time alone has killed the humorous side of me? Please help. I am born on the 29th of December 1976, time about 5 past 12 midnight (not too sure).

You're being too hard on yourself. Yes you are growing up but that doesn't mean that you will lose your humor. Humor is usually determined by the placement of a person's natal Mercury. In your case you have your natal Mercury in the sign Capricorn well aspected to your natal Jupiter in Taurus. As you get older you will find different things in life humorous. Such as jokes that pertain to business, colleagues, big investment deals, money matters etc. You also have Libra rising and this will also give you a more sophisticated manner of joking as you mature. There is nothing wrong with that. You are not a silly little kid anymore but that doesn't mean that you can't use your intelligence and knowledge to crack a joke. You are still in a high cycle regarding higher education, travel and making new friends who have the same interests and beliefs that you have so start getting out and getting involved. I have just recently lost my long time partner of 8 yrs born September 25, 1975. He was killed in a snowmobile accident in Dec. I have been feeling miserable and very lost lately. One of his friends who is 12 yrs older then myself born April 26, 1967 has been very comforting and wonderful to me. He is always taking good care of me. Last night I engaged in an intimate relationship with him?but am not sure if I did this because of what I am going through. I feel very guilty about what I have done for it has only been a few months since Andrew's funeral. But I really do have strong feelings for this much older man. I have no idea if this will go anywhere or what is to come next. He has promised me not to push and that the ball is in my court, that no matter what he will always be there for me. Is this wrong? I was born February 15, 1979 @ 5:05 am.

Although you have a wonderful comparison with Andrew much of it is based on how well you got along mentally. Andrew truly loved you for who you are. He had the ability to wager the pros and cons of any situation and could compartmentalize when necessary. His message to you is to move on, if the situation was reversed he would have done so himself. Andrews passing has been a great loss for both you and the older man in your life and together you will keep his memory alive. I believe if Andrew could have picked the person he would have wanted you to spend the rest of your life with it would have been his Taurus friend.
Your comparison with your older man is actually very good. The reason you are attracted to him is because you match up so well physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a man who has grown to love you as you have him. The time factor has nothing to do with anything. Falling in love happens at and under the strangest circumstances and in this case it wouldn't surprise me if Karma has played a role in your life both with Andrew and with your Taurus man. Chances are you would never have met your Taurus if it weren't for his connection to Andrew. Don't feel guilty - life is short and God put us here for a good time not a long time. You can waste time living in the past or move forward and enjoy your life as Andrew I'm sure hopes that you will. He loved life and it was obvious by his chart that he did live his to its fullest even though it was cut short. Don't let your sensitive natal Mercury in Pisces stop you from moving forward and grasping all the precious moments that are being presented to you.
