For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Hi Eugenia
I was hoping you could answer two questions regarding my natal chart.
First question:
I was born on the 26th of October, so I am told that means I was born on the cusp of Libra and Scorpio. Does that mean that I have qualities of both equally, or do I possess both Libra and Scorpio qualities, but since my birth date actually falls into Scorpio, am I Scorpio with Libra tendencies.
Second question:
My sun sign falls into the 12th house, but only 2 degrees from my first house. Should I read sun/12th house exclusively, combinations of sun/12/1 or since it is less than 10 degrees away, consider my sun/1st house exclusively.

Your birth time should include DST. If you haven't taken the hour off you should, making your time 6:20 AM. With that in mind you actually have Scorpio rising with your Sun, Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio in your 1st house and Libra in your 12th well hidden. However if you had taken the hour off, allowing for DST (therefore you were actually born at 8:20 AM) your Sun would be in your 12th house with Scorpio rising and both Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio still making the Scorpio influence the strongest. You would however read your Sun as being in the 12th and your rising sign Scorpio with your Mercury in the first in Scorpio and your Neptune in the first in Scorpio. No matter how you slice it your chart does not indicate much of a Libra influence however the sign Virgo is with your natal Venus, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto situated in that sign.

My husband is filing for divorce from me. He was born 2/6/46 and I 10/21/53 at 2:57 PM. I do really (I have examined this) still and will always love him. Is there a course I can take to win his love back in my future? Will we ever be together again? Please answer, I could use ANY advice on how to behave right now. This situation is out of your hands. There is nothing that you can do to bring him back at this time. Your husband is going through a lot of confusion and changes and this is not about to stop any time soon. Cover yourself legally. You are in a much better position to win any disputes concerning what is rightfully yours. Don't be foolish because you still love him. Get whatever financial benefits you're entitled to. This is not the time to play Mrs. Nice. You'll be glad that you did a year from now. From a personal perspective the best thing that you can do is to get on with your life. You are in a high cycle regarding new relationships and friendships and the sooner you move in that direction the better it will be for you. Dear Eugenia,
I know I've met my soul mate, but we keep having conflicts that end with me not wanting to deal with him. He's a Taurus born May 4, 1971 and I'm a Cancer born June 25, 1962. Nine months ago he came back into my life after a 5-year separation, and I believed he wanted a second chance and that he truly loved me. His actions say otherwise when it comes to my feelings. I've gone out of my way, once again, to make sure he is happy, comfortable, and to give all the support he needs. He's done nothing for me and he makes me feel that he has taken advantage of me again and only cares about himself.
I've just recently asked him to leave, because he had hurt my feelings again and that was the last straw for me. I miss him desperately, but I don't know if it's my self-destructive behavior that won't completely let go! I don't want to go through this back and forth emotional roller coaster with him forever.
