I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

How do I get a reading done from you?? I watch your show, but it seems like you are in Toronto. How does one get a reading if they live in Vancouver from you? I also want to know whether it is a good time for me to return back to school. I work in the Construction Industry and I am thinking of taking some industry related courses. I am also concerned about my love life, I haven't been in a relationship since 1996, at that point I let go of a six-year relationship and felt we were going different directions. I dated someone in 2002 for about 6 weeks and it suddenly ended. What is in store for me now? I am pretty sociable; I try not to go to the bars to meet men, where else would you suggest?? The gentleman from 2002, is there another possibility for us, all I know is he was born Feb 6, 1965.
Please give me some guidance, as I feel I am at a loss with my life situations right now. My birth data is August 12, 1966 @ 3:30 am.

You will find it easier to return to school or to take course later this year and next however in the mean time the area of your chart that deals with your profession is moving into a high cycle over the next couple of months so you may want to take a last stab at finding something that you really enjoy doing during this period. Regarding your relationships I believe that you will have some opportunities to meet someone through your new position. You did have a good comparison with t he gentleman in question however I feel that the timing was probably wrong. If you want to check him out again I suggest that you contact him in June/July. I know I've met my soul mate, but we keep having conflicts that end with me not wanting to deal with him. He's a Taurus born May 4, 1971 and I'm a Cancer born June 25, 1962. Nine months ago he came back into my life after a 5-year separation, and I believed he wanted a second chance and that he truly loved me. His actions say otherwise when it comes to my feelings. I've gone out of my way, once again, to make sure he is happy, comfortable, and to give all the support he needs. He's done nothing for me and he makes me feel that he has taken advantage of me again and only cares about himself.
I've just recently asked him to leave, because he had hurt my feelings again and that was the last straw for me. I miss him desperately, but I don't know if it's my self-destructive behavior that won't completely let go! I don't want to go through this back and forth emotional roller coaster with him forever.
