I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

Do you see us hitting the lottery or maybe you can give us lucky numbers and dates to play them? I was born January 17, 1960 @ 4 pm.

Both you and your husband have moved into a brighter time regarding your financial situation as of October of this year. This particular transit will remain with you until the last quarter of 2005. Now this can mean a number of different scenarios can develop. Buying and selling real estate can turn a profit for you. An investment can pay off, or you may come into money owed that you didn't think you would ever see again. It can also bring you an inheritance, insurance surrender, unexpected gift or even a winning. Your lucky numbers are 1,7,8,17,25,26,37 and your husbands are 4,9,13,22,27,31,40. There is evidence in both your charts that lead me to believe that once you cut your losses and stop hanging on to something that is beyond your budget that you will do just fine. Sizing down or doing whatever is necessary to ease the stress will lead to greater prosperity over the next 10 months however if you choose to try to hold on to what you've got you will probably manage to do so but in the interim you won't ease the stress or be able to profit as much in the long run. The Gemini in question does not have many planets in that sign and therefore there is a chance that he may be more stable.
