I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

Article: Changing His Ways

Dear Eugenia:

I am in a dilemma right now my best friend has gotten into some trouble with the law, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He is going through a tough time being locked up, we have been the best of friends for over 3 years and in the beginning of our friendship we started out in a romantic relationship. Well a lot happened and I guess you could say it wasn't our time, but we continued to develop a strong friendship bond which nothing could destroy, and since he has been locked up I have been to visit him twice. His charge is nothing really major so he won't be in jail long but over the last 16 days in jail he said that his eyes have opened up to so much and he sees things so clearly. He has seen his faults and he is going to change he says that I am all he thinks about and he knows that I am really the only one that has always been there for him and I have stood by him through everything. He asks me if I am going to wait for him. He keeps making remarks about me, him and us, and getting back what we once had. He knows how strongly I feel for him and that I would do anything for him. I would give anything to have back what we once had. My question is should I take him and everything he has said seriously or should I just take it as "Jail talk"

That confusion is definitely in an area of your chart that deals with your personal life. I just met this really wonderful girl. She makes me feel really happy when I am around her. This past Friday night we went on our very first date where we were actually alone. I find it hard to believe that you could possibly match up to your last girlfriend as well as you do to your Pisces friend. This is a match made in heaven barring a few minor exceptions, those being the fact that you are both still very young and that she is going through so many changes right now. Without her time of birth I can't tell you where these changes will take place but sometimes it can cause a sudden change of heart if it falls in the personal area of a chart or it can cause jumping from one job to another if it falls in a professional area. This can only be determined by her time of birth. I do believe however that if you compromise, keep things light and you build a solid and strong friendship that a passionate and long lasting relationship can and will follow.
