I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

I grew up alone and lonely, but didn't mind, as it was all I knew. After 18 yrs of a (almost) happy marriage he left and again I have been alone for 18 yrs. I could have gotten married twice, but they both smothered me and wanted to just follow me around all the time. I raised one kid who is an attorney. Everyone thinks I am a happy, fun person, but really I am so tired of battling life alone. Will this ever change? I listen to co-workers who have families or husbands to cook for and I envy them so much. Also financially I just hang on and worry about a roof over my head and food on the table. I refuse to be a burden to my kid. Will this ever change?

You will have the opportunities to change things and the timing will be right but it won't happen unless you take the initiative and do something about your situation. Even as I write to you, your chart indicates that favorable transits have begun in an area that deals with work and money. If you aren't being paid enough for your services consider picking up extra work on the side or starting your own small business on the side. The possibility of a raise or moving to a better position is also available to you. I believe that if you can put some cash aside that your son can probably help you invest it ins something that will make money for you over the course of the next year and a half. Regarding love that too is moving into a high cycle this fall and will remain with you for the next year. You must however get out and meet people. I am a middle-aged guy who loves internet. Recently, I have some troubles in work and feel unhappy. Since I have registered in your website, read the analysis and realize that I have a quick temper and react without second thoughts. This time, I am psychologically prepared for those troubles. Your temper may be quick but that doesn't mean that it isn't warranted. I believe that where your work is concerned you probably have a valid grievance due to the fact that transiting Saturn has been moving across the top of your chart adversely positioned to your natal Pluto. This can cause you to react quickly and harshly to wrongful treatment. You also have transiting Neptune confusing you about your position and your future goals. Unfortunately this transit will be with you well into next year. On the down side it can also cause the people you work for and with to be evasive, untrustworthy and deceptive. On the up side you should find that you are highly creative, can come up with great ideas and that you can contribute if you want to. I believe that if you sit it out or decide to make a professional change things will improve as your chart is moving into better times. As long as you are aware that others will not be looking out for your best interests and you keep your ideas to yourself until you are ready to present them you will do just fine.
