I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

My husband told me to learn something new like a hobby, rather than earning money. So I started taking designing classes, but I don't exactly know what I want to do. Also, I want to have a baby but it is not that easy to get pregnant...My husband was born on Aug 27, 1971, at 5:00pm and I was born on June 5, 1974, at 2 AM. I feel like I'm useless...

The comparison with your husband was okay but there were some difficulties and sorrow that showed up where health and children are concerned. I am an AstroEast fan. The first thing I do when I get back to my office is log on to your site. Thank you for all the advice you have given us. I have wanted to write to you for a long time. Until today, I have not had the courage to do so. I have just started to work. The place that I am working in is far from home. I originally thought that my boyfriend and I would continue to spend a good deal of time together. But a year ago, I discovered that his relationship with another girl was questionable. As far as I know, they have only met once. I know it is not his fault so I forgive him. But recently, I found that he treats me in a very cool and distant manner. He is now living overseas and won't be back for one or two years. I am worried. Will we have a good future? I have been pregnant twice. He once said that we were not suitable for each other, but I don't want to break up with him. I have tried my best to keep this relationship going. I write him, call him, but I am tired.
