I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

I recently broke up with my long-term boyfriend. We were supposed to get married but he kept putting it off. I found myself changing and decided not to wait anymore. Now I find myself lonesome and in need of company. I do not drink so bars are out of the question. How in this day and age does a grown woman ask men out on dates? I gave this one man a business card I made up with my e-mail, phone number and work number. (today) It felt so awkward. My question is ....is it in the stars that I will find someone to be with without feeling awkward and isolated?

I do not see you as being alone. What you have been experiencing over the past couple of years is the planet Saturn transiting through an area of your chart that causes a make it or break it period within your relationships. This particular aspect has now moved on and you should be in the clear to live, love and be happy. You will be coming into a high cycle later this year where love is concerned that will remain with you until the summer of next year. I feel that during this time you will be able to meet someone special. The best place for you to meet someone will be while on either a business or pleasure trip, while taking interest courses or attending a seminar or convention or while working or volunteering for a group that you believe in. If you have a top quality business or financial newspaper in your vicinity you should check out the personal ads. I am trying to fight blatant employment discrimination. Each time I submit a document, appeal, etc. my horoscope shows encouragement & success. The next day, each time, legal problems, trouble, etc. shows up. Pretty accurate, too. Is my timing off? Everything is actually documented, but no one will read or listen. It's as if I'm CAUSING the legal trouble in my horoscope each time I try to fight. I'm being blackballed so badly & long; I have to leave the state. Any advice?
