For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

My best friend committed suicide and I am having difficulty getting over the shock. This was only 3 months ago...My mind is so dizzy. I've written a few times without receiving a reply but persist out of dire need. I'm at my wit's end about what to do.I am in the 20th year of marriage to a man I wonder if I ever truly loved. We have three children. Over the past 5 or 6 years, I feel I have changed a great deal. I no longer want the same things, nor am I happy to settle for a mediocre relationship "for the sake of the children". I know I should listen to my heart and question my mind but I feel like I've turned it over and over until I can't seem to decide. Am I destined to go through life biding my time or am I waiting for the time to be right? I sometimes feel like I don't know anything anymore and am just letting life drag me along. I understand your dilemma, however there are a lot of variables involved in your case. You didn't mention how old your children are, therefore it is hard to know what your responsibilities at this time are. Your comparison with your Libra husband is mediocre. I do believe that at one time you did have a passionate connection but that was long ago. I feel that you have both been very limiting for one another and that maybe the best thing to do is to discuss your options. Your husband does have his natal Sun squaring his natal Mars and this can cause him to have a temper if it falls in a certain area of his chart however without his time of birth I can't tell how this aspect will manifest itself. If he hasn't shown this trait I believe that you should be able to make some decisions as a couple that will allow you both greater freedom to come and go as you please or to actually get on with your lives. The children however should be your first concern, so whatever is best for them at this time is the bottom line.

My sun sign is in Cancer, I was born July 7, 1979, at 12:15 AM, and I've read enough on astrology to know that I should be compatible with both Virgo and Pisces. My past two relationships were with each, and although lengthy, they proved difficult.I think it may have something to do with my Aries rising. I'm afraid the aggressive nature so common in the ram is a bit intimidating, especially when the aggressor is female. My last fling was with an Aries male, and although at first there were sparks, it quickly diminished. I realize that other aspects affect astrological matchmaking, but I'd like to get your opinion on the matter. What male sign can handle both the Aries stubbornness, and the crab's ultra-sensitivity? My moon is in Sagittarius.

Actually in your particular case the Sun sign match up doesn't work all that well. Normally you should get along well with both Virgo and Scorpio. However, the sign Scorpio falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects so it's unlikely to work. To add to this your natal Jupiter and Mercury are in the sign Leo adversely aspected to the sign Scorpio. The sign Virgo falls in an area that deals with work not personal matters such as relationships plus you have your natal Mars in Gemini and your natal Neptune in Sagittarius and that would clearly play havoc with a strong Virgo. Having your natal Sun in the 4th house adversely aspected to your natal Pluto in the 7th leads me to believe that you will have difficulty with relationships. Now that doesn't mean that you can't have a happy union. Especially with your natal Moon, Neptune, Jupiter and Mercury well aspected to the Pluto in your 7th but it does mean that you will have to choose your partner wisely and realize that relationships don't just happen, they require work, dedication, devotion and perseverance. You match up well to those born under the signs, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn and Aquarius. I suggest that you always run a comparison before you decide to get serious and intimate with someone. Although a person can be born under one of these signs it does not mean that they will have a lot of their natal planets in that sign and this could result in difficulties once again.
