Article: An Imminent Turning Point

Dear Eugenia:

I was born at 12:25 a.m. on 6 May 1972. Around January 2000, Saturn will return to its position in my natal chart, Gemini. My question is this: What significant effects, if any, will the fact that Saturn, Mars, and Venus are all in Gemini (and retrograde, I believe) in my natal chart have on my Saturn return? (or, more generally, what types of influences can I expect during my Saturn return?)

First of all your natal Mars and Venus are not situated close enough to your natal Saturn in order to form a conjunction. Therefore, I would be more concerned with your natal Saturn opposite your natal Neptune when your Saturn returns strikes between May and July of next year and January and March of 2002. With your natal Moon well aspected to both your natal Saturn and Neptune however I feel comfortable saying that it shouldn't be too difficult. Usually your Saturn return results in reevaluating your life. It is a turning point for most people. In your case it will be in an area that deals with such things as making a move from one state to another (which I might add should be favorable) or deciding to further your education for self-purpose or for career advancement. It can also be a time that children will play a role in your life or that you could be taken advantage of financially. It is not a time that you should trust just anyone, especially with your money. You may want to reconsider the way you spend your spare time socializing. If you have been overindulgent it may be the time to cut back or quit altogether. Saturn is a disciplinarian, a teacher, we are to learn from our past mistakes and use this period of renewed awareness to sort through the clutter in our lives and move on in a positive and refreshed manner. You shouldn't fight Saturn influences, but instead learn to accept the situation you are in and find the most suitable way to make the changes necessary to better your life.

Article: The Secret of Success

Dear Eugenia,

I was born on October 25, 1962 at 1:20 p.m. and I am writing you to see if you can help me. I have had a pretty rough life, and decided three years ago that I would do what I have always wanted and that is to be an actress. I have since been on television and film sets and have seen numerous people that others would love to see, and have actually met a few and had conversations with them. That is all fine and grand, but I have had a job offer from a Model Management company and am now the regional manager for them. What I want to know is am I ever going to get a speaking part for television or film and make it as a working actress. I really want to make this life time dream come true. I am starting college in January to get a degree in Dramatic Arts. I have been approached by clairvoyants telling me they can help me, that I am in my lucky time and they can help me succeed, but they of course want money that I don't have. So could you please tell me if I am on the right path and if I will ever make it as a working actress. This has been my life long dream and I want it very badly, more than anything in life. Article: The Myth of the Sun Sign

I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.
