I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Although I have been out of the dating scene for some time, I'm ready to get back in. As has happened in the past, a much younger man has expressed an interest in me. I am quite attracted to him, but I found myself so wrapped up in uncertainty about his motives (I just couldn't believe he was interested in someone my age)that I overanalyzed the situation and ended up not even being able to be hospitable the one time we got together (at least in hindsight I think I wasn't). We do see each other for professional reasons quite regularly and I've managed, at least in that arena, to keep things light and friendly. Is it possible he is actually interested? Without his birth data of the gentleman involved I can?t tell you how interested in you he is but I do know that you actually can do quite well with partners who are much older or much younger so chances are good that he wasn?t faking it. You will be coming into a high cycle beginning this fall that will remain with you for the better part of a year regarding love, romance and finding Mr. Right. I am involved with two people, a Leo male we will call Leo born XXX. XX, XXXX. I am very close to this person and I am very happy with him. I am also involved with a Cancer male, we will call Gerald. The Cancer's birthday is XXXX X, XXXX. What do you see in my relationships with these two men. My heart belongs to Leo, but I feel responsible toward Gerald. How do you see them with regards to how they feel about me. Also my Leo is involved with a crazy woman, born XXXX XX, XXXX. She is an extremely jealous and insecure person. I do not usually omit birth data because I believe that it is of interest especially for students of astrology. One of the best ways to learn the subject is to take the data, cast the chart and see if you come up with a similar answer to the one I have given. In your case however I am going to make an exception.
I can see your dilemma. You do match up to your Leo however when it comes right down to it your comparison with Gerald is actually a little bit better. Your relationship with Gerald may be tired and in need of some added spice of life but that is attainable as long as you rid yourself of the Leo in your life. Your Leo on the other hand, like it or not, matches up just as well if not better to his crazy woman whom I might add may not be so crazy if he were more trust worthy in his relationships. This Leo gets plenty of opportunities to flirt and so forth and he can be quite a woman's man. You are drawn to him for various reasons but I must admit there is some deception showing in your connection with him and I venture to say that is will lead to absolutely no good if you continue down this pathway. Your attraction to one another is physical and this is just not good enough. You will end up hurting two people that you are both well suited to if you continue to play this game. The crazy woman has just gone through two and a half years of suffering, limitations and depression and it is probably due to your playful way of dealing with her mate. Back off before you find yourself at a point of no return. I believe the end result will be a loss for you on all counts. Unfortunately according to what I see in the crazy woman's chart her Leo love is probably going to leave her or make a personal change in his life putting you in a position to turn your back on Gerald to be with your Leo love. Your Cancer, Gerald I believe has been in the dark and has trusted a little too much. His limitations ring out loud and clear especially after the end of May of this year. Times are changing for all of you and I fear that the end result may be you with your Leo leaving two shattered hearts by the wayside. The ironic picture is that I believe in time you and your Leo will discover that the grass really isn't greener on the other side of the moutain.

I have recently made a drastic change in my life, largely due to a relationship with a Gemini born 6/1/40.I am a Leo, born 8/4/45, at 7:44 AM. There seemed to be a sort of karmic intuition between us and we became close friends. Having many things in common; except that I am open, expressive and he is guarded emotionally and reserved, preventing a romance to come to fruition, though attraction and deep feelings were present for both of us.
Together, we decided that we would relocate as we were looking for the same sort of change in our lives. I sold my house and explored a couple of areas we were both interested in while he was dealing with some unfinished business. I believe he has Pisces rising, as he can be very nebulous and contradictory and procrastinating at times. Anyway, at the last minute, 6/20/00, he said he didn't want to do this together. I feel extremely betrayed, but more so rather stupid and confused. We had planned to work together in some sort of outreach ministry. I have had to proceed with my own move to another state without the support I felt I needed to do this. I have not heard from him. I guess what I want to know is, can this move and drastic change ultimately be beneficial for me or should I consider moving back home. I have been drawn to men who hurt me and he certainly is one of them. I am trying to change that pattern and get some spiritual healing for this. Your chart indicates that you are sensitive, loving and warm and those qualities although wonderful to have can leave you vulnerable when it comes to relationships. Your comparison with your Gemini friend wasn't' bad but you must know that they can be extremely flippant at the best of times. This is a man who is going through a questionable period. You could ask him the same question two days in a row and get a different answer therefore I wouldn't rule him out. The comparison was okay but I also believe that you can do better. Regarding the move he has enough Cancer and Taurus in his chart to make it difficult for him to pick up and leave. In some ways he is torn between the Gemini Peter Pan quality that makes him want to jump at the chance to do things and the Cancer/Taurus looking for stability and roots. As for you, the move was probably good. It got you away from him. You will be in a high cycle regarding love, romance and partnerships (both business and emotional) as we approach the summer of next year. Don't waste your time playing with someone who can't get it together. Although it is likely that people from your past will come back into your life at that time you are best to look forward and move on to new people, possibly places and certainly new directions.
