I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Although I have been out of the dating scene for some time, I'm ready to get back in. As has happened in the past, a much younger man has expressed an interest in me. I am quite attracted to him, but I found myself so wrapped up in uncertainty about his motives (I just couldn't believe he was interested in someone my age)that I overanalyzed the situation and ended up not even being able to be hospitable the one time we got together (at least in hindsight I think I wasn't). We do see each other for professional reasons quite regularly and I've managed, at least in that arena, to keep things light and friendly. Is it possible he is actually interested? I'm afraid of looking like an old fool, but would really like to dump this attitude. I was born July 9, 1950 at 8:30 PM.

Without his birth data of the gentleman involved I can?t tell you how interested in you he is but I do know that you actually can do quite well with partners who are much older or much younger so chances are good that he wasn?t faking it. I suggest that you go to my www.astroadvice.com web site and run a comparison between you and him and if it comes up positive I suggest you backtrack and give him another whirl. You will be coming into a high cycle beginning this fall that will remain with you for the better part of a year regarding love, romance and finding Mr. Right. It is apparent that you could easily meet this person through your work or it could be someone you?ve already met like your man in question. Your chart is looking good with regard to relationships however due to the planet Saturn transiting through the area of your chart that deals with relationships it has caused you to have this push pull attitude the past year and a half. That transit is moving off now so you should be able to deal with your demons and give any relationship you get into an honest and heartfelt chance. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces.

I was hoping you could answer two questions regarding my natal chart.
First question:
I was born on the 26th of October, so I am told that means I was born on the cusp of Libra and Scorpio. Does that mean that I have qualities of both equally, or do I possess both Libra and Scorpio qualities, but since my birth date actually falls into Scorpio, am I Scorpio with Libra tendencies.
Second question:
My sun sign falls into the 12th house, but only 2 degrees from my first house. Should I read sun/12th house exclusively, combinations of sun/12/1 or since it is less than 10 degrees away, consider my sun/1st house exclusively.

Your birth time should include DST. If you haven't taken the hour off you should, making your time 6:20 AM. With that in mind you actually have Scorpio rising with your Sun, Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio in your 1st house and Libra in your 12th well hidden. However if you had taken the hour off, allowing for DST (therefore you were actually born at 8:20 AM) your Sun would be in your 12th house with Scorpio rising and both Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio still making the Scorpio influence the strongest. You would however read your Sun as being in the 12th and your rising sign Scorpio with your Mercury in the first in Scorpio and your Neptune in the first in Scorpio. No matter how you slice it your chart does not indicate much of a Libra influence however the sign Virgo is with your natal Venus, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto situated in that sign.

I need some help, maybe some insight into my situation. About a year ago I met someone on line, I will call him "Rob" it started as casual emails leading, to phone calls, after 8 months he came all the way from England to meet me. Rob's visit pretty much confirmed what we both felt before meeting. We love each other, we feel as though we were meant to be together. The obvious problem, the distance. Eventually someone will have to make a move. I plan on visiting him in March. I know he hated FL & would not want to move here. I have always been obsessed w/ England so it's obvious who it will be but the prospect of it scares me to death it is a huge move & my parents (the only family I have) are here. I wonder if I should just end it & move on w/ things here but I love him so much & have never felt this way about anyone before. I was hoping maybe you could shed light on the situation, any help would be greatly appreciated! His birthday is 8/27/1973. and mine is November 30, 1970, at 9:46 PM. Thank You-

The comparison does indicate that you are not being completely honest with him about the way you feel regarding leaving your home and family. It is important to clear this issue up when you go to visit him. In this day and age with technology and air travel being so fast the planet has become a much smaller place. As you have already discovered it is easy to stay in touch with people who live far away. You owe it to yourself to follow your heart and investigate his homeland as he has yours. I do believe however that without open and honest communication you will face future problems.
