I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Hi Eugenia

Although I have been out of the dating scene for some time, I'm ready to get back in. As has happened in the past, a much younger man has expressed an interest in me. I am quite attracted to him, but I found myself so wrapped up in uncertainty about his motives (I just couldn't believe he was interested in someone my age)that I overanalyzed the situation and ended up not even being able to be hospitable the one time we got together (at least in hindsight I think I wasn't). We do see each other for professional reasons quite regularly and I've managed, at least in that arena, to keep things light and friendly. Is it possible he is actually interested? Without his birth data of the gentleman involved I can?t tell you how interested in you he is but I do know that you actually can do quite well with partners who are much older or much younger so chances are good that he wasn?t faking it. Dear Eugenia,

This is my first time to do this and I'm a little nervous. I recently was in a three-year relationship with a gentleman born Nov.17, 1950, no birth time, I was born February 23, 1948, at 7:04 AM. We have known each other for years but each of us married and went out separate ways. He was married for 27 years and then got divorced, not his choice. He found me through my brother and came to see me the day he received his divorce papers and wanted me to read the papers for advice. Having been through a divorce I was very familiar with the situation and I helped him. Since that day we became friends again and talk nearly everyday. As time we on we became very close and I being a fool fell madly in love with this wonderful man. We lived together for three years. On April 12, 2003 he told me I needed to move out because he needed some time and space between us to think things out. He had never really gotten over his ex wife and was hoping she would try to come back. Several people told him as long as I was living with him she would never come back, so he ask me to leave. Well, to make a long story short she never intended to come back, it was wishful hoping on his part. After I left, we began seeing each other a few days a week and talked nearly everyday but he didn't really want to pursue out relationship as it was. We had a wonderful relationship; we were best friends, lovers and did everything together. He told me he was happy until everyone was telling him his ex wanted to come back and that confused him. I was so hurt. Now he is with someone four years younger and not even acting like the same person. Our last date was June 6, 2003 and his first date her was June 7, 2003 and they have been inseparable ever since. He moved into her home on June 18, 2003 and has no real contact with me since. His was a great family man with his children and grandchildren and now has moved out of his house and has really nothing to do with them. The woman he is with has her own successful business and has money. He has told several of our friends that he thinks the world of me and what a wonderful person I am. He will always love me but not be in love with me. The few time I have seen him, such as when I went to get me things from his home he was all over me (hugging & kissing). I have not heard from him for two weeks and never will. He is with this woman night and day, when he was on vacation he would even go to her work so she would not have contact with other people without him. He tells our friends he has a cute little rich girlfriend now. What do I do, I'm trying to get on with my life, I now have a good job but I am miserable without him. They have nothing in common. Quite the situation you are experiencing. You didn't tell me his new girlfriends birth date so I don't know how well they match up but I can tell you that your comparison with him really wasn't very good. You have a great chart however especially where your work is concerned and you can find love with the right person but you have to make your choices when it comes to love for the right reason. This man was on the rebound when you met him. That is never a very good way to start out a relationship and although I believe his connection to this younger woman probably won't last I do feel that he has been going through a certain amount of restlessness that has made him react suddenly. Unfortunately he is going through a very erratic period and this will continue for some time. Dear Eugenia

I have been writing to you now and then since Sept 2002. My problem, which is financial, has steadily worsened, especially in the last 6 months. I've written every week for the last 7 weeks all toll over 15 times. I tried your pay site, thinking if I pay for it I surely will get an answer, by watching your show and seeing how good you are I desperately want and need your expertise. (I could not get payment to go through) so I'm trying again. There is something I need to know as soon as possible if I don't get an answer this time I'll call it my bad luck and stop trying. (Maybe one more time on your pay site)

Here's the problem; I have a 5 unit apt. building my father sold it to me 8 an a half years ago, he held the mortgage at very low interest, 3 years later I had to get a regular mortgage because he was retiring and moving away and wanted his money. Higher interest bigger payment and the building beginning to need expensive repairs (new roof alone cost $11,500.) yearly things like property taxes, water and sewerage, property insurance are up to over $7000 a year. Over the years I borrowed to pay this and that to the point where I can't borrow any more. Now there are 3 choices to consider, I try to get a grant to fix things that are major and I have no money to get it done, maybe sell if so when would be the best time? Last resort file for bankruptcy I really don't want to go that route. I would be so grateful if you would read my chart and tell me what you see. Will I find a way to get money or should I sell? I have to do something quick I may soon get a notice of liability of tax sale. Please tell me what to do and I'll work towards that.

I work at a job for $8.25 an hour. Also had a part time job for the last 3 years, evenings. I have 8 grown children that also has contributed to my debt - my trying to help any of them when they were in need. 0ne in particular has cost me a lot. My date of birth is Sept. 8th, 1942, at 9am.

Dear Virgo in need

You have gone through a very rough three years regarding investments and dealing with agencies, taxes, contractors and anyone else who had anything to do with your property. At the same time you went through your second Saturn return. The first one was around the age of 29 and if you think back to what you went through at that time you can expect similar results unless you make changes that will bring about a different set of circumstances. It is apparent that things can change quite suddenly for you however not necessarily in your favor especially between and March of 2005 and this concerns me. You probably should have tried to sell the property this time last year, not now. With transiting Jupiter rapidly moving into an adverse position to your natal Uranus I fear that you will not get what you want for the property if you try to sell now. You will however have some favorable transits that may help you get a grant to fix the place up and prepare it for sale in September/October of next year. If you think you can hold on until that time do so but not at the price of possibly declaring bankruptcy. That is the last thing you want to do. You are better to sell at a loss right now than to do that. You may have one other window of opportunity that come up for selling or getting the grant you are looking for between late October and March of next year with November 30 until December 11 and January 28 until February 8 being the absolute best times. The first date could be the sale and the second the closing. Depending on how crucial your position is will determine your decision. Given the transits you have just experienced I believe you will want to dump the burden and get on with your life as quickly as possible.
