Being a relatively strong Goat with that sign also in an area of your chart that deals with relationships I feel that this particular Capricorn trait does apply to you. All that said in the case of your Aquarius partner I'm not certain that he is the one. I feel that you may not being totally honest with yourself as to why you are with him. The comparison with your Scorpio boyfriend was really quite good, however you can't force him to be with you if he doesn't want to be. He is going through a very confusing period right now and there is nothing that you can do to change that. The best thing for you to do is to back off and give him space. You will be in a high cycle next summer regarding love and having someone (possibly him) come back into your life. It is unfortunate when you match up so well that this has happened but it may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Being apart may make him realize how much you mean to him. Keep in mind that human nature is to want what you can't have and if he feels that you aren't so readily available he may think twice about letting you go. It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position where professional gains are concerned beginning this time next year so don't dismay things will get better. Regarding love you should be able to meet someone next year especially if you decide to get involved in a church group or another organization that you feel does important work.
