I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

Your sign always does much better with partners who are a lot older or a lot younger; they just don't do well with people their own age. Being a relatively strong Goat with that sign also in an area of your chart that deals with relationships I feel that this particular Capricorn trait does apply to you. All that said in the case of your Aquarius partner I'm not certain that he is the one. I feel that you may not being totally honest with yourself as to why you are with him. Are you in love or just in need. The sign Aquarius falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects. I believe that you are moving into a high cycle regarding love and that you should leave your doors open to other opportunities. I suggest that you check in the personal ads of your local business and financial newspaper where you are more likely to find established gentlemen that will suit you. For the past two months, I am upset because my boyfriend wants to walk away from me. He loved me so much in the past. I always thought that he would never leave me. But now, he is determined to go. I've tried everything to keep him, and even thought of committing suicide. I don't understand why he completely changed his attitude, but I will not give up. The comparison with your Scorpio boyfriend was really quite good, however you can't force him to be with you if he doesn't want to be. He is going through a very confusing period right now and there is nothing that you can do to change that. The best thing for you to do is to back off and give him space. You will be in a high cycle next summer regarding love and having someone (possibly him) come back into your life. It is unfortunate when you match up so well that this has happened but it may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Being apart may make him realize how much you mean to him. Keep in mind that human nature is to want what you can't have and if he feels that you aren't so readily available he may think twice about letting you go. If too much negativity has occurred between you however due to you trying to hang on to him he may not feel that he can ever reverse his decision. For now it's a waiting game. Keep in mind that you will have plenty of opportunities for love next summer and that you not only match up to the sign Scorpio but Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Capricorn and Pisces as well.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.
