For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am 41 years old and I am dating an older man who is 17 years older than myself, he is an Aquarian and I am a Capricorn. He was born on Feb.7, 1945 and I December 25, 1961 at 6:00 PM. Your sign always does much better with partners who are a lot older or a lot younger; they just don't do well with people their own age. Being a relatively strong Goat with that sign also in an area of your chart that deals with relationships I feel that this particular Capricorn trait does apply to you. All that said in the case of your Aquarius partner I'm not certain that he is the one. I feel that you may not being totally honest with yourself as to why you are with him. Are you in love or just in need. The sign Aquarius falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects. I believe that you are moving into a high cycle regarding love and that you should leave your doors open to other opportunities. I suggest that you check in the personal ads of your local business and financial newspaper where you are more likely to find established gentlemen that will suit you. Until last January I had been in a yearlong relationship with a man who was born 1/16/66. Then out of the blue he stops calling or writing me. After two months of avoiding me, I made him admit that he had met a woman who slept with him on the second date. Needless to say I was devastated and fell into a depression that I had to seek treatment for. My question is, will I ever hear from this man again. We have never slept together and I suppose that was one of the reasons that the relationship didn't work. I didn't feel it was right to sleep with a man who wouldn't ever come down and pick me up at my home or invite me out with his friends. He went from having dinner and movies 2 or 3 times a week to him completely ignoring me.
How can I avoid this in the future? I was born on March 1, 1968 at 5:30 PM. What happened with him and his feelings for me?

You should hope that your Capricorn friend doesn't call again. The comparison really wasn't that great and you do have to question a man who won't come to your house to fetch you. You have a different set of values and standards and you should not compromise yours for the sake of pleasing him. You are moving into a high cycle where love and romance are concerned and you should be getting out and meeting people who have similar interests. If you join groups or clubs, you will expand your circle of friends and you will meet someone special. You match up well to those born under the signs Gemini, Leo, Libra and Sagittarius.

For the past 3 years, I have been under almost unbearable stress. During this time, my husband committed suicide and left me with astronomical debts; 6 mos. later my mother who has dementia came to live with me; I have dealt with serious problems with my children and am trying to make a go of my husband's business that was near bankrupt at the time of his death. I am almost to the BREAKING POINT! Will there be any relief from these pressures? Can I look forward to a brighter future? I was born April 23, 1947, at 5:20 PM.

You do have plenty on your plate but you also show great strength, wisdom and courage and I know you will make it through. I do believe that the absolute worst is over but there is still plenty of hard work to do. The area of your chart that deals with work and money is coming into a higher cycle over the next two years and you should be able to make headway in that regard. Also opportunities to learn, travel and to sign legal contracts will be present somewhat over the next few months however if these do not go manifest in full it will come to pass next year. Your children will continue to challenge you somewhat but they are unique and need to follow their own paths. As for your mother you will have to consider alternatives regarding institutions. There is only so much that you can do and at this point you must put yourself and your children first. You did not submit your mother or your children's birth data so I can not give you more information regarding them. I do feel however that if you are willing to work hard this year you will see results throughout 2001.
