For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Your sign always does much better with partners who are a lot older or a lot younger; they just don't do well with people their own age. Being a relatively strong Goat with that sign also in an area of your chart that deals with relationships I feel that this particular Capricorn trait does apply to you. All that said in the case of your Aquarius partner I'm not certain that he is the one. I feel that you may not being totally honest with yourself as to why you are with him. Are you in love or just in need. The sign Aquarius falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects. I believe that you are moving into a high cycle regarding love and that you should leave your doors open to other opportunities. I suggest that you check in the personal ads of your local business and financial newspaper where you are more likely to find established gentlemen that will suit you. I need your help! I have tried for a response before, but came up empty. I adore your column and hope you can advise me on my situation. I am a 38-year old mother of two who has been overweight ever since I had my first child. My father's death (which was close in the proximity of having my children) threw it over the edge. I feel that I need to lose weight and become healthier if not for me, for the sake of my children. I want to see them grow up and be successful. I am planning on starting a diet next week and I was curious about the timing. Does my chart indicate a success for me losing the weight? I have tried all the fad diets and pills, and they just don't work. Thank you for your time!

It is never a good time to start a diet when transiting Jupiter is in conjunction with your natal Sun and Mercury and unfortunately that is the case until the end of May of next year. You must however try to at least maintain your weight during this period without getting discouraged. Therefore yes the diet is a must but coupled with exercise and the expectation that you will not put on any more weight. After that period when transiting Saturn starts to approach your natal Venus followed by your natal Mercury and then the Sun you will have a much better chance of losing the excess weight. This is a long process but certainly a worthwhile one and one that you can achieve. You must however be prepared to incorporate exercise, diet, a means to boost your ego and help you to feel good about yourself again. I suggest joining a group that will give you the support you need along with a fitness center for women where you will get the encouragement as well.

In regards to your Romance Compatibility scale, I don't know what it actually all means with the scale interpretation i.e. "popping stars ",sad/happy faces, or 2 hearts together at the end, etc. For example: based on the scale, if I score only 62% compatible with the person in question, I will have a happy relationship with that person, but our relationship never leads to marriage? Can someone score low on the compatibility scale, and still can be married to the other person ( or maybe for a short time ) with lots of problems during the union? Could you please explain. I am a believer that any relationship can work if both people are willing to compromise, share, communicate and work jointly toward a common goal.
