For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am 41 years old and I am dating an older man who is 17 years older than myself, he is an Aquarian and I am a Capricorn. He was born on Feb.7, 1945 and I December 25, 1961 at 6:00 PM. Your sign always does much better with partners who are a lot older or a lot younger; they just don't do well with people their own age. Being a relatively strong Goat with that sign also in an area of your chart that deals with relationships I feel that this particular Capricorn trait does apply to you. All that said in the case of your Aquarius partner I'm not certain that he is the one. I feel that you may not being totally honest with yourself as to why you are with him. Are you in love or just in need. The sign Aquarius falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects. I believe that you are moving into a high cycle regarding love and that you should leave your doors open to other opportunities. I suggest that you check in the personal ads of your local business and financial newspaper where you are more likely to find established gentlemen that will suit you. I have been writing to you now and then since Sept 2002. My problem, which is financial, has steadily worsened, especially in the last 6 months. I've written every week for the last 7 weeks all toll over 15 times. I tried your pay site, thinking if I pay for it I surely will get an answer, by watching your show and seeing how good you are I desperately want and need your expertise. (I could not get payment to go through) so I'm trying again. There is something I need to know as soon as possible if I don't get an answer this time I'll call it my bad luck and stop trying. (Maybe one more time on your pay site)
Here's the problem; I have a 5 unit apt. building my father sold it to me 8 an a half years ago, he held the mortgage at very low interest, 3 years later I had to get a regular mortgage because he was retiring and moving away and wanted his money. Higher interest bigger payment and the building beginning to need expensive repairs (new roof alone cost $11,500.) yearly things like property taxes, water and sewerage, property insurance are up to over $7000 a year. Over the years I borrowed to pay this and that to the point where I can't borrow any more. Now there are 3 choices to consider, I try to get a grant to fix things that are major and I have no money to get it done, maybe sell if so when would be the best time? Last resort file for bankruptcy I really don't want to go that route. I would be so grateful if you would read my chart and tell me what you see. Will I find a way to get money or should I sell? I have to do something quick I may soon get a notice of liability of tax sale. Please tell me what to do and I'll work towards that.
I work at a job for $8.25 an hour. Also had a part time job for the last 3 years, evenings. I have 8 grown children that also has contributed to my debt - my trying to help any of them when they were in need. 0ne in particular has cost me a lot. My date of birth is Sept. 8th, 1942, at 9am.

You have gone through a very rough three years regarding investments and dealing with agencies, taxes, contractors and anyone else who had anything to do with your property. At the same time you went through your second Saturn return. The first one was around the age of 29 and if you think back to what you went through at that time you can expect similar results unless you make changes that will bring about a different set of circumstances. It is apparent that things can change quite suddenly for you however not necessarily in your favor especially between and March of 2005 and this concerns me. You probably should have tried to sell the property this time last year, not now. With transiting Jupiter rapidly moving into an adverse position to your natal Uranus I fear that you will not get what you want for the property if you try to sell now. You will however have some favorable transits that may help you get a grant to fix the place up and prepare it for sale in September/October of next year. If you think you can hold on until that time do so but not at the price of possibly declaring bankruptcy. That is the last thing you want to do. You are better to sell at a loss right now than to do that. You may have one other window of opportunity that come up for selling or getting the grant you are looking for between late October and March of next year with November 30 until December 11 and January 28 until February 8 being the absolute best times. The first date could be the sale and the second the closing. Depending on how crucial your position is will determine your decision. Given the transits you have just experienced I believe you will want to dump the burden and get on with your life as quickly as possible.

I would like to know what's in store for my son. He is in a band and has been writing music for many years. He is the lead singer and guitarist. I thought I recognized you there the night he was playing at Raxx, on April 24th. He was born Sept.8/82 at 6:56 pm. in Brampton Ont. He is very dedicated to his music but he just isn?t getting any breaks! If I could get a chart done for me my husband and boys that would be great! Please let me know how it could be done. You did see me at Raxx that April evening. We actually were there to watch your son perform. Your son?s chart does indicate that he has some talent and although he has chosen a very competitive and difficult professional direction I believe that everyone must follow there life dream especially at his age. He definitely should be working in a creative vocation and music is not a bad choice. It is important however that he is also supporting his addiction to his art so hopefully he is working as well. I usually try to get people to at least work in some capacity in the industry of choice. In his case he should be working at a music store or trying to get a position at a record company, or representing a line of musical products for one of the major companies or perhaps working for Socan, or teaching music etc. I believe that serves two purposes. One it helps to pay his bills and two it keeps him working within the industry allowing him to make contacts that will help him get ahead. Unfortunately in the industry that he has chosen it is who you know as well as how much talent you have. I think your son has a great voice and that he has to make some choices with regard to how he wants to present himself. He has been going through many changes the past year and if not working he should be considering going to college to learn more about the recording industry and technical end of the business. This will also benefit him along the way. He will be going through some transits in a couple of years that can result in recognition for his talent. How much recognition and how big the reward will be directly linked to what he does now to prepare. This may require him to change some of his associations along with aligning himself with some other people in the industry. He should be looking at career moves, education and networking with whomever he can that has a foothold in the industry. I believe that if he does so he will experience some success beginning in late 2006. Regarding your second question ?
