I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I'm seventeen and I should be deciding what I want to study. I was four years old when I decided that I wanted to be an elementary school teacher, and I still want to be one, but lately I have started to think that I want something else. Maybe I would be better in another job. I don't know anymore, if I want to be a teacher. I mean I can be pretty stubborn. And stayed in my ways. Perhaps I am just trying to complete what I think I should be doing. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to think later on, that I made a wrong decision. Please help me... I was born on November 6, 1983, at 2:44 PM.

Education, communication, travel, teaching, publishing, journalism are all areas that you would do well in. I do however understand why you automatically thought that you would like to teach from a very young age. Your chart denotes that you have several planets in an area that deals with teaching children. It shows dedication, caring, openness, understanding and an ability to fight for what the young people today need so desperately. You have plenty to offer and you can make a difference to the educational system, which you have to admit, does need improvement. You should aim to follow your first choice however you have a lot of life ahead of you so don't rule out a few of your other choices as well. If you can teach in a foreign country for a period of time or travel with your students or work toward making amendments to the system you will get the satisfaction you desire by following your future goals.

If I don't get a response from you this time, I guess I'll give up. Incidentally, what happens to the emails that have been sent to you many times over but never get answered? Anyhow, I was born March 11, 1971 at 5:01 a.m. It seems Cupid is doing nothing but piercing me with his arrow regarding my love life. Why? The longest relationship I had lasted three years then my heart was broken; then I met someone who used me on the rebound (didn't know this when I met her of course) and had the nerve to invite me to her wedding! Then I slowly fell for this girl I met through work (2 years ago)(Virgo, but again, I'm being used as a sounding board and to get her out of work-related jams; special days like New Year's eve, she's not with me but her family or somewhere else despite her promises and notice in advance. I'm good-looking, a gentleman, have a decent job and lots of friends 'cause I don't have any brothers or sisters and slowly but surely all of my friends have gotten married and some now even have children. I so want these things in my life as well. Please tell me what's in store for me. Sometimes I feel so down that I hibernate and become very much a loner. Thanks for answering this one, I hope! How come I don't see your TV show anymore? I miss it!

You are a great catch but you've been going through a period of deception, disillusionment and so forth when it comes to your relationships. This is moving off your chart but as long as you are a loner you aren't likely to get out and meet Ms. Right. Although some Virgo's can match up to you well it is hard to say how compatible you are with the one at work because you didn't submit her birth date. I would have to assume by what you are saying that the Virgo in her chart probably adversely hits the Neptune and Jupiter in your chart. This always causes some problems. Your chart indicates that you can have a happy relationship and all the things in life that you are hoping for but that you will have to go about it in a little different manner than what you have in the past. The unfortunate thing is that the signs you are drawn to are not likely to be drawn to you. In other words you are picking the wrong people to partner with. Join groups that interest you and you will meet someone with similar likes. You have a good chart and so much to offer so stop being so hard on yourself. You have recently entered into a seven-year cycle that will promote changes in your personal life. This is just the beginning and love and romance are within reach. Open your eyes and your heart but don't be fooled by women who want a sounding board or who are on the rebound. You are young, doing well and have everything to offer. The signs you are most likely to do well with are Aries, Taurus, Leo, early Virgo's and Capricorn. Hello my birth date is Jan 11th of 1980, at 7:18 a.m. My boyfriends birthday is May 24th of 1975, not sure the time, is using drugs (so I believe) I have known him for 9 years and I also was a drug addict until Jan 19th of 2004. I was incarcerated for one year and been clean ever since. I also had my child while I was incarcerated on June 13th of 2004 at 12:25 in the afternoon. She is the reason why I'm clean today. She is so precious to me and I love her to death. I will do anything for her I even quit smoking. But her father bob I think is still using. You see he lives 2 and 1/2 hours away. He really doesn't do anything for our child he has given me only $50.00 since she was born and only seen her about 6 times in 9 months. I'm afraid for him and I want a better life for him. I just don't know what he's thinking anymore. Since his mother passed away 4 years ago it's like he always looked at life as nothing but a downhill for him. He thinks everybody is out to get him and that there's some kind of curse on him cause everything bad always happens when something good comes along. Do you see any future with us being a family at all? Do you see me being an independent mother? I want everything for my child. Bob hasn't been there for me through a lot and I hate him for that. But deep down inside I love him. After all I did for him. He has been trying to get clean but I don't think its working out for him. I talked to him on the phone this morning and he sounded messed up. He said he was going to call me back but never did. When I called him tonight his father told me he went out... go figure. His best friend mike passed away this morning and it was an overdose. I have been through a lot and well I was just wondering if you see a brighter future for me. I live with my parents and its exhausting raising my child in my parent's household. Well I hope you respond to this letter.. Thank you for your time.

You should be very proud of yourself. It isn't easy to beat addiction. Now you have to protect you and your little girl from the perils of that whole scene. Your boyfriend does not match up well to either you or your daughter. It is best for you to walk away from him and not look back. You need to focus on yourself and getting ahead. It is apparent that you should be upgrading or learning a new skill between now and the early part of next year. This will enable you to get a decent job that will not only lead to your freedom but security for you and your baby. You are fortunate to have parents who care enough to help you after going down the path you choose in the past. I'm sure they are very proud of you as well. I can't stress enough that you must leave your past where it is and not venture near your Gemini friend. I do not believe that at any point he will be good for you. Your chart indicates that you are in a high cycle this summer and fall regarding love and romance. There is the chance that your ex will try to come back into your life at that time as well. Please do not entertain the thought of getting back with him - not even for a moment. Move ahead and date someone new.
