We've all experienced times of conflict and personal struggle. Times when the assistance and advice of a friend always seemed to lend comfort and ease the burden. Have you ever wondered what it would be like if that friend was one of the world's most revered astrologers, with over 25 years of experience?

Dear Eugenia.
I'm seventeen and I should be deciding what I want to study. I was four years old when I decided that I wanted to be an elementary school teacher, and I still want to be one, but lately I have started to think that I want something else. Maybe I would be better in another job. I don't know anymore, if I want to be a teacher. I mean I can be pretty stubborn. And stayed in my ways. Perhaps I am just trying to complete what I think I should be doing. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to think later on, that I made a wrong decision. Please help me... I was born on November 6, 1983, at 2:44 PM.
Which way to go
Dear Which way to go
Education, communication, travel, teaching, publishing, journalism are all areas that you would do well in. I do however understand why you automatically thought that you would like to teach from a very young age. Your chart denotes that you have several planets in an area that deals with teaching children. It shows dedication, caring, openness, understanding and an ability to fight for what the young people today need so desperately. You have plenty to offer and you can make a difference to the educational system, which you have to admit, does need improvement. You should aim to follow your first choice however you have a lot of life ahead of you so don't rule out a few of your other choices as well. If you can teach in a foreign country for a period of time or travel with your students or work toward making amendments to the system you will get the satisfaction you desire by following your future goals.

Dear Eugenia,
The year 2000 came with fireworks, just not the fireworks I was expecting. After 5 years in a relationship with the same man, two and half of which we were married, he indicated January 2,2000 that he was not sure if he was "in love" with me. This was perhaps not a surprise to me, as we had been having conflicts over the last year due to my attending grad school and we had attended counseling, per my request. After much debating, I decided to leave our house on Jan 8, 2000 and allow him some "time to think." It was during that time that I found out that there was another woman with whom he was involved. I have always been very naive, too naive I suppose! He was my first boyfriend and, therefore, my only experience. Since my discovery, I have endured many unpleasant moments, which I would rather not retell. A month after we were separated, I decided that I could not continue with a relationship which was based on a lie, and so I filed for divorce. And so here I stand, filled with anger and pain. Feeling guilty as perhaps the reason why he ended up involving himself with someone else was my fault or my dedication to my career...I don't know whether that is a question that you may be able to answer, but, for my own peace I would like to know. I was born April 4, 1975, at 8:15 a.m. sun sign: Aries; rising sign: Taurus/ He was born November 3, 1971 (unfortunately, don't know what time).
Thank you...
Standing Alone
Dear Standing Alone
Your comparison indicates that you are well suited to one another in most ways. There is however two things that would cause problems in your relationship. The first being deception and the second being an element of anger that appears to be present regarding position and status in society. He may have felt some insecurity regarding your direction professionally, however that is no excuse for him to be with someone else. Especially while you were still together. He should have talked to you about the way he felt long before the situation got out of hand. I doubt however that it would have made much of a difference in the outcome because I feel strongly that your educational pursuits are very important to you, and so they should be. He is approaching his Saturn return and this is making him re-evaluate his past as well as pushing him to make the changes necessary to move forward in a way that he sees most suitable. Unfortunately even if he does want to make amends I feel that you are best to move forward yourself. You should be continuing your studies and pushing to be the best that you can be. There will be other partners in the future who will treat you properly so don't feel so alone. Focus on your educational pursuits because that is what you should be doing right now and when the time is right the white knight will rock your world. You do match up well to the sign Scorpio so don't rule out getting involved with another one.

Dear Eugenia
I have had the same best friend for almost 6 years. She, born March 10, 1989, has been recently acting like she does not what be friends with me. She has made some new friends since we have entered Junior High School and has only been hanging around them. In the beginning of 8th grade one of her new friends asked her out and they began dating. She began ignoring me and our other friends more and more to hang out with him and his friends. When I confronted her, she said she didn't realize she had been acting differently and she told me she would try to stop. She hung out with me for about a week until she was back to canceling things that we had planned to do together because her boyfriend would be mad at her. She broke up with him awhile later and came to me to cry on my shoulder. For two weeks my other friends and I did things to make her feel better like go to the mall and stuff. After about two weeks her ex asked out someone else and his best friend asked out mine. She said yes and it started all over again. I told her how I felt yet again. Yesterday she broke up with her boyfriend. She hasn't come to me to be consoled. Instead she goes to her other friends. It hurts to see someone that you have shared a great friendship with snub you. I was wondering what I should do. She doesn't listen to me when I talk to her and she makes me feel selfish that I want her to start hanging out again. Is it selfish? She also gets embarrassed when she is seen with me by any of her new friends. Her friends are nice, but not the type that I hang out with. I thought that if I tried to make friends with them, than she might accept me more, but she just gets embarrassed when I am around. I was born May 12, 1989, at 5:25 pm. Help me please.

Dear ~Best Friendless
Your girlfriend has been going through a lot of changes since the spring of last year especially regarding her friendships, school and secret or behind the scenes activity. Her ideas concerning what she likes and does not like are changing and she is becoming more and more attracted to different types of people. As for you - you can't be whom she wants you to be in order to maintain the friendship. It just doesn't work that way. You must however protect yourself so that she doesn't use you whenever she feels insecure with her newfound friends. She may make a reversal by late summer or early fall of this year however don't be too willing to trust that she will not yo-yo you around again. As for you the fall indicates a far better time where friendships and school are concerned so look to expanding your own circle of friends but not at the expense of letting your grades drop. You have a lot going for you and you should focus on yourself your direction in life and spending time with friends who have the same interests as you.
