For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I'm seventeen and I should be deciding what I want to study. I was four years old when I decided that I wanted to be an elementary school teacher, and I still want to be one, but lately I have started to think that I want something else. Maybe I would be better in another job. I don't know anymore, if I want to be a teacher. I mean I can be pretty stubborn. And stayed in my ways. Perhaps I am just trying to complete what I think I should be doing. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to think later on, that I made a wrong decision. Please help me... Education, communication, travel, teaching, publishing, journalism are all areas that you would do well in. I do however understand why you automatically thought that you would like to teach from a very young age. Your chart denotes that you have several planets in an area that deals with teaching children. It shows dedication, caring, openness, understanding and an ability to fight for what the young people today need so desperately. You have plenty to offer and you can make a difference to the educational system, which you have to admit, does need improvement. You should aim to follow your first choice however you have a lot of life ahead of you so don't rule out a few of your other choices as well. If you can teach in a foreign country for a period of time or travel with your students or work toward making amendments to the system you will get the satisfaction you desire by following your future goals.

Your chart does show talent in an area that deals with radio, film and television, especially over the next few years. This is not the time to be sitting idle but instead a period that you must be willing to focus on your goals and prepare to do whatever is necessary in order to get ahead. You must not sit and think about it. Get yourself moving. You will do well in your educational pursuits as long as you focus on your goals. I also feel strongly that you should be signing up with an agent who can start you moving in the direction that you want to go. Hands on experience will turn out to be some of your best training. You are certainly suited to act, however you have other talents to discover and consider. Writing is also a strong possibility. Your communication skills look quite promising as well as prosperous. Your biggest draw back will be your inability to recognize what your greatest talents are. You will have to be far more critical when it comes to your talent if you ever expect to become an expert in the field of entertainment. Don't tell everyone how good you are. What does being on the cusp mean? Sometimes I'm shown as a Gemini, sometimes Cancer. Although I think I lean more towards Gemini. I was born June 21, 1961 at 1 AM.

According to your chart you are born under the sign Gemini if the time of birth is accurate set at 1 AM, however, if you were born at 10:31 AM or after on the 21st you are a Cancer by Sun Sign. Don't put too much onus on being one sign or the other. It is the entire package that makes you who you are and helps determine your direction. The time of birth is however very important as a chart changes every four minutes and for someone like me to be accurate I need specific data.
Your natal Mercury (the planet that deals with the way you think and communicate) is in the sign Cancer so that is why you are leaning toward that sign. Your chart also indicates that you have a very strong Leo and Virgo influence with a little Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius and Taurus thrown into the mix to make you the person you are.
For the record - if born before 10:31 AM you can call yourself a Gemini if after a Cancer.
