I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I have visited your website over the past year and am impressed with both the sensitivity and practicality of your responses. I have something of a dilemma--I know what I want to do but would appreciate your viewpoint on the matter. I am divorced with no children (date of birth 7/30/47, 12:10 a.m.). I want a family very much and have been to a doctor, a specialist, undergone many tests, and have been told that with the doctor's help, if I wish, I can have a baby. I look young for my age, probably 15 or more years younger. I am healthy and want to do this. Some friends have been very encouraging, still others have said that it's a crazy idea at my age. A couple have even said that no man will be interested in me if I have a baby. I tend to think that I wouldn't be interested in a man with such an attitude. I am veryindependent. What do you think? If I do this, it would be in June.

You have picked an ideal time to try to have a baby and with the strength of character and determination that your chart indicates you should have know problem raising a child. You do have a strong desire to become a mother and I feel that part of this is the whole experience of being pregnant and so forth. Why are Virgos so uptight and difficult to have a relationship? I noticed that on every Sun Sign Page under "in the game of love" that every sign has difficulty with Virgos. No one is exactly like his or her sun sign and we all have a little bit of each sign in our character. In your case you have just as much Libra in your chart as you do Virgo with a strong Scorpio and Sagittarius influence as well. Now I happen to think that is a very nice combination. The Virgo in your chart falls in an area that deals with society and how far you'll get. It's what we refer to as your limelight house. Virgo being the practical and fastidious sign that it is should be an asset in that area of your chart. With Scorpio rising you will have a do or die attitude at times but the Sagittarius and Libra in your chart will chill you out and give you a diplomatic manner that is hard to resist. There is no reason why you can't have a good relationship with other signs however the ones you happen to match up to the best are Aries, Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. You can't take your sun sign so literally. You will be coming into a high cycle where love and romance are concerned this fall so get out and mingle and you should meet someone who is right for you. The past two and a half years would have been difficult where love was concerned due to a Saturn transit but that will be leaving your chart in June making such encounters much easier.

Since, I finally got the courage to email you, I was wondering if you can clue me in on any astrological signs that might be compatible with me. I have read your cite, the reason I ask this question is because since, I am on the cusp I was wondering if their would be a difference. I did go to a local astrologist recently and he told me to be careful for the first months of the year. Do you see anything weird in my astrological chart for the beginning of this year? I have forwarded your email problem to my Webmaster and it will be taken care of. Regarding your compatibility the signs best suited to you are Aries, Leo and Aquarius. You are a Scorpio but you have Leo in an area of your chart that deals with relationships and your natal Venus in Sagittarius. This makes you a candidate for the signs mentioned. However, keep in mind that you should always do a complete comparison in order to make sure that you match up well to whomever you get involved with.
