I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I have visited your website over the past year and am impressed with both the sensitivity and practicality of your responses. I have something of a dilemma--I know what I want to do but would appreciate your viewpoint on the matter. I am divorced with no children (date of birth 7/30/47, 12:10 a.m.). I want a family very much and have been to a doctor, a specialist, undergone many tests, and have been told that with the doctor's help, if I wish, I can have a baby. I look young for my age, probably 15 or more years younger. I am healthy and want to do this. Some friends have been very encouraging, still others have said that it's a crazy idea at my age. A couple have even said that no man will be interested in me if I have a baby. I tend to think that I wouldn't be interested in a man with such an attitude. I am veryindependent. What do you think? If I do this, it would be in June.

You have picked an ideal time to try to have a baby and with the strength of character and determination that your chart indicates you should have know problem raising a child. You do have a strong desire to become a mother and I feel that part of this is the whole experience of being pregnant and so forth. I follow your show and read your astrological predictions each day. My husband left me cold turkey for another lady last June 2002 although we had been living apart since last January 2002. We had talked about getting back together so needless to say I was totally devastated. He is a Taurus, May 14, 1962, time not known. Since that time I have had many readings done and each one seems different. Almost all say that he will be back, the latest one saying possibly in the Spring of 2003. I read that a person's astrological sign changes every four minutes. If this is so, how do astrologers read your horoscope and why are they so varied. Please answer, as I would really like to know what will become of our marriage. I have now filed for divorce but I still love him very much. Is there still a chance for us? I was born March 10, 1951, at 10 am.

It isn't that a persons sign changes every four minutes it is that the planets are in constant motion therefore if your birth time is off by more than four minutes it could make a difference to the outcome of your natal chart. You have a very good comparison with your ex however you didn't submit when his lady friend was born therefore I don't know if she matches up just as well or better. Based on the information that you gave me I feel that if there is going to be a reunion between the two of you it will be between May 27th and July 20th. These things don't just happen however. Number one I would not be proceeding with the divorce given the fact that you aren't sure that you want the relationship to end. Instead I would be opening up communication with this man to find out exactly where he is at and what he wants. Your ex has been going through a very confusing period and I believe that the past two and a half years he has been depressed and unable to make good choices. Don't totally through away what you have built as a couple by jumping into divorce. Slow down and find out what's left before you move in that direction. If it doesn't work out between you your chart does indicate other suitors so keep your eyes open for someone who can fill the void that you are feeling. Either way I do not see you as being alone.

I grew up alone and lonely, but didn't mind, as it was all I knew. After 18 yrs of a (almost) happy marriage he left and again I have been alone for 18 yrs. I could have gotten married twice, but they both smothered me and wanted to just follow me around all the time. I raised one kid who is an attorney. Everyone thinks I am a happy, fun person, but really I am so tired of battling life alone. Will this ever change? I listen to co-workers who have families or husbands to cook for and I envy them so much. Also financially I just hang on and worry about a roof over my head and food on the table. I refuse to be a burden to my kid. Will this ever change?

You will have the opportunities to change things and the timing will be right but it won't happen unless you take the initiative and do something about your situation. Even as I write to you, your chart indicates that favorable transits have begun in an area that deals with work and money. If you aren't being paid enough for your services consider picking up extra work on the side or starting your own small business on the side. The possibility of a raise or moving to a better position is also available to you. I believe that if you can put some cash aside that your son can probably help you invest it ins something that will make money for you over the course of the next year and a half. Regarding love that too is moving into a high cycle this fall and will remain with you for the next year. You must however get out and meet people. The possibility of meeting someone through work related events or an organization you join is likely. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Leo Sagittarius and Aquarius.
